Wonderful large 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a large fenced backyard in a quiet area that was perfect for visiting our college student at Baylor! The owners are wonderful & helped to accommodate our family’s requests.

What a great place to stay in Waco! The weather was absolutely perfect, so it was wonderful to have a back patio to hang out on! The neighborhood was so quiet, and the house was everything we had hoped! It was actually more than we hoped it would be because we booked this house not knowing that when we came down, I would be dealing with a broken patella. The handicap bathroom/shower was a gigantic plus! We will definitely stay here again!

The home was even nicer than the pictures!! The large backyard was fantastic for our pups and we really enjoyed sitting in the covered deck. Convenient location, not necessarily walkable to things but just a quick 5min drive to get you by all the action. Would highly recommend!!

From the front porch, through all the rooms and to the back porch, this property exudes warmth and care. It was very clean, had all the supplies we needed. It was cozy and welcoming. We sort of didn't want to leave as we were all so relaxed! We are trying to think of a reason that we need to visit Waco again . . . soon . . . but only if this property is available!

The house was clean and fully equipped. Coffeemakers , great toaster etc. all of the drawers had stickers indicating what was in them. The Television works perfectly and it was nice to be able to watch more than just local news. The air conditioning was awesome. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay there again !

The house was perfect. We had just gotten a little dog and didn't want to put him in a kennel for the three days. The backyard was fantastic for him to run and play in. The host was so gracious to answer our questions and fix anything . Loved the location and will try to rent the same place next year. Thank you for the perfect house to stay in.

This is perfect house, spotless and accommodating. We totally enjoyed our short stay. Thanks for the Roku access to our favorite channel, Real America's Voice. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was close. Great hospitality!

This was the right choice. This home was warm and relaxing. We enjoyed having a large yard for our pets. However, be aware that there are areas where small animals could get out under the fence if unsupervised. Our hosts were attentive and timely with notification and checking/out instructions. Also very responsive to all questions. We really felt confident that if something was needed they were there to help. Our football weekend in Waco was a success with the BU win. We also found a number of locally owned places to dine. We recommend “Brian’s” for a relaxed but upscale dinner and glass of wine.

Very clean and comfy! Well stocked kitchen! Great outdoor space for kids and dog! Our Yorkie was able to get out under the fence though, but she is tiny! Host was very accommodating to our change in plans! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
