OVERVIEW: Located just steps from the Atlantic Beach in Dewey Beach, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse offers sleeping for 10. On the 2nd floor (main level), a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and countertops provides enough room to prepare fantastic daily meals. The open floor plan includes dining and living areas open to the deck, where you can enjoy ocean views! Just off the kitchen is a full hall bath with a tub and shower and a large bedroom with a queen and double/single bunk bed. Up the steps to the 3rd level, you will find a bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and twin bed, another with a queen, a full hall bath shared by these two bedrooms, and a spacious primary bedroom at the end of the hall. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bath with a tub and shower. All of the bedrooms have TVs with cable. The primary bedroom also has a private deck for enjoying a good book or just the salt air. The ocean views from this balcony are stunning!
LOCATION: OCEAN BLOCK! Park your vehicle for the week and enjoy walking to all Dewey Beach offers! Beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, ice cream shops, beach shopping, and lively nightlife. Water sports such as jet ski rentals, paddleboards, surfboards, and boat rentals are also available nearby. A perfect choice for your weekly vacation!
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. five cars.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, storage with beach equipment, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, balconies with ocean views, and much more!
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Pets are not permitted, and no smoking. This home rents Saturday to Saturday in the prime summer months. There are steps to enter the house.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Even Better Than Advertised

This house is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Owners have it fully stocked with amenities. House is kept up well, lots of open space and very comfortable. One of the best houses we have rented in 25+ years. Highly recommend this gem.

Property great - Manager NOT

The property was actually perfectly located, and the overall house was clean and as pictured. The problem began when the property manager told us the garbage cans were full, to "just use the neighbors." ??? Next, shortly after arriving, my daughter sat on the couch, and was covered in pet hair, even though the property was listed as PET FREE! My son (the groom and the reason we were in town) has terrible allergies, so that was an issue. Finally, there was a leak in the secondary bathroom shower. Although not great, I understand that things happen, and I called and reported it. I was asked if I remembered to put the curtain inside the tub... Seriously??!! I am not 5! I did however re check everything, just in case and the shower curtain was inside the tub, and it still leaked. I rented this house because I NEEDED the bathroom space. Now I am down to two bathrooms for all of us to get ready for the wedding!!! They never sent a repairman to check it out until two days after we checked out, determined it was my fault, and charged me 300.00 without so much as a phone conversation!! Then the manager tried to get me to sign the paper saying it was my fault and was going to send it in to the "insurance that I purchased" Ummmm.... I didn't purchase insurance! The whole thing seems sketchy. She did confirm that she herself stayed at the property the week before and there was no leak, but I highly doubt she used the secondary bathroom instead of the master... and she also admitted that she had a guest come over and bring a Lab. "I though we got all the hair, but I guess not" was her response when I asked about the dog hair. I was further told that PET FREE doesn't actually mean PET FREE, it just means the owners prefer not to have people bring pets!!! Again, SERIOUSLY???!!! I chose a pet free property for a reason. I also chose a 3 bathroom property for a reason, and in reality I didn't get either of these. I guess what I am saying is, the property is great, the manager is NOT!!! I hope the owners step in and do something about this!

Fabulous place to stay!

Steps to the ocean and convenient to everything in Dewey Beach. Very comfortable house for 8 people. More seating in living room would have been nice. The sofa caused an allergic reaction so I could not sit on it very long and just sat at the table in the dining room.

We were beyond pleased with the house. We had a family of 8 adults and there was plenty of space for all. The double balcony was a plus not to mention being just steps from the beach. The ‘beach shed’ had plenty of nice chairs and umbrellas we could use. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house overall was very current and up to date. We would definitely stay again.
