Welcome to our charming hideaway. You have all the conveniences of home within steps of the beach plus the ability to walk to Dewey Beach's famous restaurants and nightlife. This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage has an outdoor shower, screened in porch, outdoor patio area, grill, central air, Roku, high speed internet, two flat screen televisions, and full kitchen. It is a dog friendly environment with 2 enclosed dog runs. All this is surrounded by garden and a six foot tall privacy fence.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach, bay, shops, and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that the cottage was dog friendly, our dog had the best time ever exploring on the beach. We would highly reccommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon.

It was wonderful to stay in the cottage for a much needed Christmas break, and we loved all the special Christmas decorations! We would definitely like to return when the weather is a little warmer to take advantage of your lovely porch and garden. We loved the privacy of the outdoor space and it is perfect if you have a dog. The location was also great with some restaurants nearby and also being so close to downtown Rehoboth. And of course being a block from the beach is also amazing! I would not hesitate to go back again!

This is a super cute cottage and very clean. The host was very responsive with questions. If I was to say anything it would only be having to bring all our liens. Thou it’s just three of us it took a lot of car space. However, we will probably come back again.

Long time Dewey visitor, first time staying here. The house was perfect and clean. A quiet space in the middle of the Dewey entertainment! The screened in porch and landscaping was really nice. Hidden from the street, this cottage brings a quiet, and private feel to the property despite being right behind Dewey Beer Co. Easy walk to the beach, so don’t worry if you forgot anything at the house. Comfortable beds assure a good nights rest. The outdoor shower has fairy lights and great water pressure. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay. The place is wonderful and in a very convenient location to walk to everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked. We especially loved the patio and screened porch. I found this place about 4 years ago but had to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control but shared with friends who have been renting every year and are also going back in a couple weeks...glad I finally made it. It's a great place!

Sue and I live in Delaware now and have been visiting the Rehoboth/Dewey area for several years and decided to purchase a vacation home here. When we found this property, we fell in love with it. The proximity to the beach, restaurants , and nightlife make this an ideal fit for our family.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This beautiful cottage is located steps from the beach and blocks from restaurants, shopping and nightlife. And yet you can get easily get away from it all once you step inside the secluded setting. You have the convenience of two off street parking spots.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the coziness of this home with the convenience of the location and closeness to the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey, and the Rehoboth boardwalk.
