2. This Rental Unit Provides 3 Parking Spaces. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage at all times.
3. 4WD vehicles strongly advised during the winter months.
4. Main living area does not have a television.
5. Guest studio can only be accessed from separate outdoor entrance.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
