While the photos of this unit are accurate, it looks like they were taken some time ago. The sofa was saggy and the hide a bed mechanism was bent, making the mattress curve like a nest. The bed is a full, not a queen as advertised. The front door is drafty. We turned the refrigerator off at night since it was too noisy to sleep near. We really appreciated the first floor, end unit location. The rec center is a great amenity. The location in the town was convenient. The unit was a good size for 2, more would be a bit cramped. All in all, a B facility.

Short fall
1. 2 of the burners did not work properly. 2. you could see the compressed dirt in the fabric from the use on the arms of the couch, it was gross. 3. It was impossible to maintain a steady temperature in the unit due to condition of thermostat. 4. The kitchen chairs were the equivalent of sitting on four round sticks, squared and covered with a piece of fabric, very very uncomfortable. 5. The bathroom bathtub was obviously recently remodeled and at best is the equivalent of patchwork with the exception of the surround, tub itself and enclosure. 6. The kitchen upper cabinets would not fully open due to hitting the furr down. 7. The oven door would not open without striking the wall. 8. A ceiling fan would have been very helpful with the erratic temperature and insufficient lighting issue.9. There seem to be a lot of clutter with the TV equipment etc. 10. No broom 11. When we folded out the hideaway mattress in the couch there was a piece of uncooked pasta in the mattress and one of the springs were broken causing the mattress to drop down below the frame. My kids told me to give you a 1in a scale from 1 to 10, I am going to give the overall experience a 3.On a positive note the hot water heater performed awesome, we were not ever without hot water.
Spent most of our time on the mountain. But for relaxing and sleeping it was great!

It's a nice little 2-3 star place and pretty small. You'd think they'd allow dogs since half the other units had them all around us. Also, this numbers need to be translated. The first number is the building number, the next 2 numbers is the unit number in that building.
Cons: Popcorn in fold-out couch, crusted food on dishes from previous guests. Bed was a full, not queen as advertised.
Pros: Thermostat easy to control, room spacious enough, wifi was fast, coffee provided.
The sleeper sofa had no springs, almost un-sleepable. The curtains were so hard to pull to the side making the place quite dark. The kitchen didn't even have a sharp enough knife to cut a bell pepper or apple. No salt, no plastic wrap, etc. The 'queen' bed in the bedroom is more like a full-sized bed. Otherwise, the place was 'okay.'
It was a little smaller than we like for 4 people (including 2 kids) but it was a nice place and had everything we needed. Loved that it was on the bottom floor.
