Welcome to our condo at Meadow Ridge Court 18 Unit #4!
Just recently updated, this cozy ground floor one-bedroom apartment is the ideal spot to relax and recharge. Step out onto the private patio right from the main living room, where you can soak in views of the Winter Park Resort, all just a quick stroll from the main clubhouse. Inside, the living room features a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a charming wood-burning fireplace. It flows seamlessly into the dining area, which is perfect for meals with space for four at the table and two more at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen boasts brand new countertops, appliances, and cabinets, so it’s all set to handle any cooking adventure you have in mind. The bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, and you’ll find a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private patio, gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This unit is located on the ground floor.
Clubhouse amenities include amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, spacious hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. In addition, during the summer season, guests can take advantage of multiple tennis courts. For those looking to host a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse offers rental space for meeting rooms.
Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars in the outdoor parking lot. Please note there is no parking allowed on the complex streets.

Message us at 1-970-509-5034 a photo of the pool pass left in the unit to avoid a replacement fee of $75

Its a cool little place

Look it is a 1 br condo with a sleeper. It was clean, easy to access, easy to book and it was clean. I would happily work with the folks on this property again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was perfect for my fiance and I while we were in town for a wedding. The only “down side” was that the bathroom would sometimes smell like light cigarette smoke. But the smell wouldn’t travel outside of the bathroom, which is good. Just an FYI for those who have asthma like me or are sensitive to smells. It didn’t bother me much. We will keep this condo in mind for future stays when we are back in Winter Park.

Very nice condo in a quiet area

The condo is very nice and the communication from the property manager was good. The only disappointment was the bed is definitely not a king. While we didn’t measure it, it is likely a full size bed.
