Main house with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, and a guest house with 2 bedrooms/1 bath. This rental can be rented together or separately…monthly, weekly or 3 day minimum.
Located right on the shore of Big Arm, 1 mile from Big Arm Marina/restaurant. These homes are perfect for large or small groups looking for a vacation, family reunion or just friends gathering. The closest grocery store is 15 miles away in the city of Polson, 25 miles to Lakeside, 38 miles to Blacktail Ski resort, 39 miles to Kalispell, 55 miles to Whitefish which has Whitefish Mountain Resort downhill skiing. Firepit right at the waters edge for those smores and hotdogs. Big Arm Marina has RV hookups, cabins and a full restaurant/bar, with gas for your boats or recreational vehicles, just minutes from the lake house.
MAIN HOUSE: Inside, the main house is 3 bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom/king bed and ensuite bath. Large 2nd bedroom/queen bed across from main bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a bunkroom/queen bed. 1 set of bunks with a queen bed. Large living room looking out on Big Arm Bay with Mission Mountains in the background. The 2 couches are hide-a-beds so will sleep 4 more. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and has a large table seating 8. The kitchen is very large and comes completely equipped for all cooking needs. This home has a large laundry room with washer/dryer right off the kitchen. Both bathrooms have showers and tubs. The main house can sleep up to 12, but will incur extra cost of $15 per person for over 10 per night.
GUEST HOUSE: The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 is a large room with queen bed. Bedroom 2 1 bunkbed & 1 Full bed. Full kitchen with a small dining area and full living room. Couch folds to make an additional double bed. The guest house can sleep up to 8, but will incur extra costs of $15 per person for over 8 per night.
WiFi available to keep your friends back home updated on your travels, or stream a movie to your personal Netflix account.
Altogether, this property can accommodate up to 20 guests. Please note that dogs are welcome at this vacation rental with an additional nightly pet fee. There is a dog kennel but the dogs must be quiet as it is next to the neighbors. And please pick up after your pets.
The covered porch for BQ, or lounging off the living room/dining room has a stunning view of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountain range. The yard has fruit trees, apples, pears and plums.

There are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from in the Flathead Lake area, the main draw is, of course, the lake. This vacation rental has a private dock. On the east side of the lake, you’ll find many orchards that grow the regions famous Flathead Lake Cherries. There is even a Cherry Festival in nearby Polson. During cherry season, make sure to stop by a roadside stand to pick some up! Provided are various outdoor games, horseshoes and badminton.
Glacier National Park is about 105 miles away for a day trip the whole family will remember! If you brought hiking boots, head to Wild Horse Island, which is only accessible by boat. Big Arm State Park is just around the corner from us and has a nice boat launch available. A wedding venue is next door to the property so very convenient for wedding parties.
