Small air-conditioned holiday home of 70 m2 in the residential area of ​​Boulouris, 10 mins walk from the sea and 5 mins walk from the shops, train station and CREPS. Made up of 3 rooms for 4 to 6 people in a residence with private parking. A large south-facing terrace (table, chairs, armchairs, etc.) overlooking a private garden with an open view. An entrance with fitted kitchen (vitro hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher). WC. Large living room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, micro chain, wifi internet....) Upstairs bathroom with shower and bath (washing machine). Independent WC. A south bedroom with air conditioning. (balcony) equipped with a 160x200 bed.
