Brand new smart TV mounted on the living room wall 55” and ROKU TVs in each bedroom. DVD player, wireless internet access. Hardwood floors in living spaces and bedrooms as well as new ceramic bathroom tiles in 2021. Dining seating for six plus two at the bar, ceiling fans in all living spaces. Screened back porch with bar height chairs, covered front porch with table and chairs.
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, propane grill available, landscaped backyard with fire pit, beach cart, beach chairs and plenty of parking. Within 1000ft of Middleton Beach Store and beach access. Small in-ground pool and lounge area - completed April 2019. Pool open year round. No pool heater.
Two beach cruiser bikes, three beach carts, beach chairs, pool umbrellas, two picnic tables, new living room furniture for 2026. New granite countertop and backsplash in 2024, new AC in 2024.
