Hardwood floors in living spaces and bedrooms as well as new ceramic bathroom tiles in 2021. Dining seating for six plus two at the bar, ceiling fans in all living spaces. Screened back porch with bar height chairs, covered front porch with table and chairs. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, new propane grill available and propane grill, landscaped backyard with fire pit, beach cart, beach chairs and plenty of parking. Within 1000ft of Middleton Beach Store and beach access. Small in-ground pool and lounge area - completed April 2019.
