Appartement très propre et bien équipé avec vue mer depuis le salon.Lit fait à l’arrivée , ce qui est très agréable après un long voyage. Petite attention laissée par les propriétaires, c’est vraiment sympathique. Communication claire et facile avec eux.De belles balades pour tous les mordus de marche comme nous , chiens interdits sur les plages mais toléré sur la petite plage du port. Les commerces sont proches à pied.Merci à Régine et à son accompagnante pour leur chaleureux accueil.Très belles personnes qui nous ont communiqué leur joie de vivre.

Endroit assez calme et reposant ! C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient exactement au même endroit dans le même logement tellement on apprécie ! Les propriétaires sont top !!! Idealer Ort für Urlaub am Meer

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und nah am Strand. In den Ort läuft man etwas länger. Loctudy hat noch einen richtigen Fischereihafen und man kann tollen frischen Fisch kaufen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Angefangen mit sympathischen, unkomplizierten Vermietern kamen wir in eine schöne Wohnung mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Wohnung war geräumig für eine 4-köpfige Familie, einziges Manko: das kleinere der Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster zum anderen Schlafzimmer. Die Lage ist sehr nah zum Strand und das Zentrum von Loctudy bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Erwartungen voll erfüllt!

Appartement parfaitement situé

Le quartier est tranquille très près d'une très belle plage. Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement, spacieux pour deux. L'entrée dans les lieux s'est faite sans la présence des propriétaires qui étaient empêchés. Mais ils ont compensé cela par une bonne communication et une grande souplesse dans les procédures d'entrée.

Logement idéal pour découvrir le Finistère et le Morbillan

Ravis de cette location. Idéalement placée, proche de la plage (même pas 5 min à pied). Si vos enfants aiment les rochers pour trouver des petits crabes, poissons c'est idéal ! Si vous préférez nager, c'est également parfait ! Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien équipée : four, micro -onde, lave vaisselle, plaques, appareil raclette/pierrade. Le petit plus, non négligeable, des éponges et des produits d'entretien sont mis à disposition . Literies confortables et rangements pratiques dans les chambres. La seule chose qui nous ait manquée, un étendoir un peu plus grand car quand on reste 2 semaines, pas simple d'étendre une machine pour 4 personnes. Loctudy est une jolie petite ville. Parfait point de départ pour découvrir des coins sublimes (Concarneau, Locronan, Quimper, la pointe du Raz, etc.) Sans oublier, une communication très facile avec les propriétaires, et la personne en charge de la location. Bref, de bons moments et de belles vacances !

Très bon appartement et super emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Fonctionnel, propre et bien placé. Si je devais apporter des points négatifs (même si c'était vraiment bien), je dirais que le voisinage est un petit peu bruyant et que le manque de volets s'est fait sentir (lumière du jour dans la chambre). Je recommande néanmoins vivement !

Appartement très bien situé, très calme à proximité de la plage et des commerces. L'appartement est un peu vintage mais spacieux et les propriétaires absolument charmants. J'ai passé une semaine formidable et très reposante.

La propreté est au rendez-vous, les équipements présents (juste une bouilloire pour que ce soit parfait!) et la literie très confortable, même le couchage sur le canapé Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les lits faits à notre arrivée.
