Pretty little fisherman's cottage 150 m from the ocean and in the center of Loctudy

In the centre of Loctudy in the Golden Triangle, charming atypical little fisherman's house from the 1920s of 42 m2 completely redone and decorated with care.
South facing and located in a pedestrian alley in a dead end 150 metres from the ocean and a 1-minute walk from shops (bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser...)
You will feel at home according to your favourite season.
For fish & seafood lovers you can buy them directly at the port 5 minutes walk away.

7 minutes walk away you will find the beach of Langoz with the nautical centre. It is perfect for taking the children on a sailing course, renting a kayak or a paddle.

It is ideal for 2 people, 1 couple or 2 friends, or 1 couple with 1 child (from 5-6 years old)
And also for a mini stay for 4, if sharing your privacy is not a problem because the mezzanine is open to the bedroom.

The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), a table with 4 chairs and a small lounge area.
On the 1st floor a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) offering a cathedral view opening onto a small mezzanine equipped with a 2nd double bed (140x190), a small dressing room, an office area, TV (+wifi) and a shower room with WC.
A small terrace overlooking the alleyway will allow you to have breakfast outside in good weather. The house does not have a garden but some outdoor plants.

J'ai tout de suite été séduite par cette charmante petite maison dans ce quartier de Loctudy qui est très calme et où l'on peut tout faire à pied et à deux pas de l'océan. Avec mon mari nous l'avons restaurée avec amour.
