Salinas Studio with Large Terrace and Patio Area, Entire Top Floor of House
Large house with lovely Bay Ocean View. Only one block from the bay and a short 4 blocks walk to the beach. Traditional Ecuadorian home a private large master suite located on the upper level of the house with a big and spacious bathroom with a walk in closet , it also has a small kitchen, a big terrace . Garage for three cars.
Close to the beach and restaurants.
Currently the bottom floor is rented until August 2020
