This apartment is one of a kind and it is available for rent. It is only 4 blocks away from the best beach in Salinas, Chipipe, and within 5 minutes walking distance to the main boardwalk, or "Malecon". The apartment is on the second floor of a villa that consists of two separate apartments each with their own private entrance. There is also a nice outdoor common area with a patio and a bbq.
The apartment is 90 square meters and has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, stainless steel kitchen and central air conditioning. Maximum # of guests 4.
