Medley Manor Resort is a licensed boutique hotel that only books to one host family or group. Medley Manor is never shared with other guests! You and your group are always the sole occupants!

Medley Manor has 15 fabulously bedrooms from which to choose from. It also 7 huge fun themed bathrooms. 3,000 sq. foot 50's style dining room!! 3,000 sq. foot game room; Skeeball, table shuffle board, pool table, air hockey, Foosball, carpet ball, corn hole, arcade games, ping pong tables and basketball. You will love Medley Manor! New Recently added bedrooms are Super Hero, Sports, Groovy and double sized Harry Potter room that sleeps 16. Medley Manor has a large food prep area in addition to a Kitchen, 3 refrigerators, dedicated ice machine, 8 crock pots, large electric smoker, dish washer and lots of counter space!

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive from anything of interest. Medley Manor can sleeps up to 85 in beds.

Pricing is based on two occupants per bedroom. You are allotted a bedroom for every 2 guest. If you plan on having less than 2 persons per bedroom and need more bedrooms than allotted, please make inquiries on how that might change pricing.

Medley manor has 15 individual bedrooms. The Harry Potter Room counts as 5 bedrooms because it has 4 king size, one queen, one twin and a full size bed. The Sports bedroom counts as 5 because it has one king, two queens and a twin bed. The Superhero bedroom counts as 5 because it has 4 full, a 3 queen and a 3 twin bed. The Manor is not shared with other guest. Your group/family has sole access.

Fantastic Place!

Wonderful Place for Family

Medley Manor has become a family tradition. Pete is a wonderful host I highly recommend staying at this property. Our family tries to stay here at least twice a year. We have no complaints, just plenty of praise!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful experience for large family reunion

We had an awesome stay for our family group of about 40 people. There isnt a lot to do in the area per se, but the home makes up for it all. The large diner area made it perfect for everyone to congregate and have the meals etc. the game room was picture perfect to keep a bunch of teens and pre-teens totally engaged. Pete and Amal were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to host a cocktail time for our group and also gave us a homemade cheesecake. They were happy to help at all times and made several local recommendations as well. All in all, a wonderful place to be at for a large group. I’d totally recommend it.

Family Reunion Fun

Medley Manor was perfect for our family reunion, easily accommodating the 24 of us. Owner Pete has put a lot of time into decorating each room with a unique theme. The rooms were clean and attractive. We appreciated his availability to answer any questions, and the tour of the whole facility upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay at Medley Manor and recommend it highly.

Family reunion

Twenty of twenty one members of our children and grandchildren gathered for a 4 day reunion in East Peoria. We were greeted by our host and his new wife and given a room by room tour of the premises. Even though we knew what we were expecting, we were still astonished at the size and beauty of what we saw. Choosing who was going to sleep in which room was difficult but it was finally accomplished.The host was excellent in taking care of our needs to the best of his abilities and each of us ranging in age from 9 to 72 had a fantastic time.

This is a fantastic, unique great house for parties small or large. Pete has thought of everything with this place. You could seriously vacation just by staying on the property. If you want to check out the rest of the city, great food and bars are close. We will be back. Awesome house.

Great game room!

Pete was a great communicator and has worked hard to make this property great for guests. The tour of the place on check in was helpful and check out was easy. Our group really loved the game room and the huge gathering place to eat and hang out together. Pete also gave area recommendations and worked to accommodate our group with different needs that popped up. It was a great place to be able to hang out, and we appreciated that the tv in the dining area could show us what was happening in the game room below us so we could keep an eye on the kids when they were playing with their cousins. This was a fun place and our group enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the games available. Many rooms had air conditioners and there were also fans available, which was helpful since we were there during a heat advisory. We had a great time!

New Years Eve Celebration!

The place was even better than expected! We had a group of over 40 family members of all ages and fit comfortably. In the diner area we had more than enough space to ring in the new year and spend quality time together. The rooms were clean and the themes were very cool. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Pete was the best host! He was very accommodating and willing to assist with any odds and ends. We will certainly be returning to Medley Manor!

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as it is perfect!!

Quirky and fabulous for a large group

We had just under 30 people who came to stay in this hidden gem of a place. The owner, Pete, was beyond incredible! We were given a tour of the rooms so we could pick which ones to use. How genius that the superhero room connects directly to the game room! His imagination and vision make each room awesomely unique. It's on a quiet street, yet just a quick drive to stores, a casino, and the river. Just know that if you are looking for a posh, upscale, extra fancy place to bring your group, then this might not he what you are looking for. If your fellow vacationers love to do something different and out of the ordinary and are there for a good time, then this place fits the bill quite nicely. Our family loved it so much we already have the placed booked for next year.
