Large family home (sleeps 15) and rustic on 4 ha of land and forest. Ideal large family. Near the medieval village of Boulieu les Annonay, this 18th century property is an ideal place for family holidays. The proximity of the Pilat Regional Natural Park allows you to take long walks or mountain bikes; the municipal swimming pool and the tennis courts of Annonay are a few kilometers away and rarely visited. A first flight in a hot air balloon will leave you with unforgettable memories, unless you prefer to visit the Peaugres animal park. The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / shower room, 1 large kitchen, reception lounge and dining room, a large library and a games room with table tennis table. Great playground for children, this place
will allow parents to alternate sports activities and idleness in the shade of lime trees.

An excellent stay for our family gathering. The house offers plenty of outdoor space, many bedrooms, and lots of toys for children. The old, sometimes antique, furniture gives the dining room and library a charming Cluedo-style atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay. The hundreds year old mansion was fantastic. Plenty of room, everything we needed and a quiet location near a lovely old village. Cannot recommend it more

Nous avons passé un très bon week end du 15 août (3 nuits) avec nos enfants et petits enfants (au total 14).La maison est située à l'écart de la route, c'est calme, les gamins sont en sécurité. C est une vieille et vaste maison, pleine d'histoire de famille, bien équipée, probablement moins agréable en période hivernale mais vraiment très bien pour une grande famille en période pas trop froide

Un week-end apprécié de tous, petits et grands , dans une maison à l’ambiance familiale , spacieuse et très bien équipée pour recevoir 20 personnes. Le parc et les 2 terrasses sont top pour profiter à la fois du soleil et de l’ombre des grands arbres. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Excellent séjour familial inter générationnel dans cette maison qui a une âme. Elle est "vintage" et c'est cela qui fait tout son charme. Elle est parfaitement adaptée aux grands groupes, chacun peut y trouver son espace. La cuisine et la salle à manger permettent d'organiser facilement les repas pour une vingtaine de personnes. Il y a vraiment largement assez d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle.Nos bébés et jeune enfant se sont régalés dans la salle de jeux , les adultes ont apprécié la table de ping pong et les jeux de société.Un grand merci à la famille Lelong pour leur accueil et leur souplesse sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Maison incroyable qui nous a permis de nous retrouver pour weekend familial inter-generationnel.Tout était conforme aux précédents commentaires sur Abritel ! Nous étions 20 personnes et chacun a trouvé son espace ! Des chambres immenses un coin salon très cocoon une immense table de salle manger pour se retrouvertatable de ping pin

Retrouvaille familiale

Très bel endroit pour des retrouvailles familiales, les alentours sont agréables. La maison est parfaite pour se retrouver en famille nombreuses. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Nous reviendrons certainement!
