In the center of a large garden, the house has a privileged exposure: shade in summer, sun in winter, just turn around the house to your liking.
In addition to the entrance parking, a covered courtyard at the bottom of the garden can accommodate 2 cars. This place, equipped with a barbecue, is also used as a summer dining room.
The ground is flat and therefore allows all outdoor games; it facilitates the first cycling experiences of the youngest and makes travel easier for the less young.
Without having a label, the house is however particularly well suited for people with reduced mobility. Indeed the ground floor is directly accessible by car through the back entrance. This level of the house, in addition to a large living room, a dining room and a kitchen opening onto an equipped terrace, has a very large bedroom with an office and living area, 160x200 bed. A shower room, separate WC and a well-equipped utility room are also on this level.
The first floor is occupied by 2 large bedrooms, one with a terrace, the other with a balcony (160x200 beds), 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds to be joined or not,
a large bathroom with shower and bath, another with shower and separate WC. An office / reading corner also offers sleeping accommodation in 90/200, from this room you can access the stairs leading to the attic.
This last level includes 1 large bedroom (4 80x200 beds) and a TV and games lounge with a 140x200 convertible sofa, plus a 80x180 sofa bed. The insulation is very good and the spaces are bright.
The bedding is recent, hotel quality.
Central heating diffuses a suitable temperature throughout the house.
Linen rental can be provided upon request.
The possibilities of activities are numerous: tennis are in the immediate vicinity, swimming pool surrounded by nature on the edge of a river with landscaped area, rivers, hiking on foot and by bike (rental in the village, electric bikes too), horse riding, cycling -rail .... but still wine route and visit to cellars (Tain l'Hermitage, Cornas ....), prestigious gourmet restaurants, Anne-Sophie Pic in Valence and especially Régis Marcon in Saint-Bonnet (22 km ) where you can also experience the SPA des Hautes- Sources in an exceptional setting, you will enjoy incredible views of the surrounding forests, incandescent in autumn, misty and snowy in winter!
In 10 to 20 km, you reach the Ardèche plateau where you can in winter practice snowshoeing and cross-country skiing (equipment rental on site)
The proximity of the village allows great autonomy. You don't depend on a car for shopping. The village offers a wide enough choice: 3 bakeries / pastry shops, 2 butchers / delicatessens of good reputation, 2 minimarkets, the farmers' market, a petrol pump .... but also 2 doctors, a nurse's office and a pharmacy.
