Grandview #206A -This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Labor Day weekend

Great location, easy parking and access to amenities. Bonus was very affordable food / drinks on site which we were not aware was even there. Would definitely stay again!

Good walkability.

There was a fire/flood in the unit across from ours, so there was a lot of commotion & activity to clean it up. The fire alarm went off 3 times in one day.

Golf trip

Unit needed maintenance. Tiles were falling off the wall in the shower, the fan was seldom used because it was old and worn. The plywood in front of the door was so loose you could feel and hear it move up and down. Mattresses are worn out as well, dip in the middle. Location was good but needs some repairs in our unit.

overcrowded rooms, loud party groups.

During our stay we changed our reservation to an upgraded room with view of the river. We paid a signifigant amount of money, and this is my only vacation for the year. We were not given any information on the amenties of the property but took a walk around to find a common deck area for our use. later that evening we noted a large group of men about 15 utalizing that corner space for the day playing loud music and grilling. I was excited for how fun it lookled for them. however, they continued to drink cases of beer all night and monopolize the patio with loud music and flashing young women off the deck. during the night we realized they had the suite above us and they were loud and running back and forth over the condo all night to the point where I could not sleep. we reported the noise at 10 ocklock and then again I called at 3 a.m. they sent the security officer up (ceasar) to investiagate. I told him they were so loud I had to wear ear plugs and that I would appreciate if they would enforce some quite time now that it was 3 a.m. The next day the same thing happened only this time they were jumping off their balcony, off the building into the river. I went to the office that day, asked for a manager and they said there was not one on the property. i reported it to the front desk. nothing was done. I feel sorry for the families with small childeren below us that were also trying to share space and enjoy their stay. It made it to intimidating to stay at the hotel and enjoy the facility. They left a mess of beer bottles and dirty grills for the grounds keeper to clean everymoring. I am not sure the rules of the condo but I would assume that owners would want to know that responsible, clean and thoughtful renters will not be coming back to their property. great location, not a great room

I booked this for the locations, which was about the only good thing about this place. I understand that this is an older building and this unit was not updated..what I didn't expect was the dirty carpet, broken tiles, and loud sounds coming through what I think was the pipes every 10 minutes or so throughout the evening...and the bed, was just about the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in, I actually felt the bed springs poking me. It was so bad that we were supposed to stay 3 nights and packed up and left after just 1 nights stay.

Tiny, worn, and not very functional

The room, bathroom, sink, etc. can only be described as tiny. It had no desk, no place for luggage, one chair, no balcony, and really no place to “be” other than the bed. It felt like a closet. The room also had a step down after entry and felt cheap and dingy.

Perfect for us

Great property, our only issue was the A/C unit, the dial was hard to read. Love the location at Grandview. This condo was on the main floor and had easy access to ice, pool, and the parking lot.

Nice room

Essentially a nice hotel room. Appreciated having a fridge & coffee maker. A/c worked well. Only cons were stairs right inside next to the door which are a trip hazard. And lights for the bathroom on the hinge side of the door which is counterintuitive & tricky to find in the dark.
