The Landing 212 Balcony w/ lake views!

Unit 212 is The Landing's best unit with access to a balcony with direct views of Lake Chelan! This room has everything and more, it has a Queen size bed, a bathtub, and also a grand, luxury shower. You will also find a balcony in this room with lake view, and a fireplace. We are centrally located in downtown Chelan, just a few steps away from boutique shops and night life. This room is only accessible through stairs, and there is a possibility for some noise because this room is located above a restaurant.
THE LANDING operates at an AIRBNB property. Staff is not always on site, but always available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property.

This place was wonderful!! The balcony and lake view from our room was amazing!! It was very centrally located and the ice cream shop right below us was great!! The restaurant and bar below us had wonderful food and cocktails also!! We had a fantastic time!! We love The Landing, would definitely stay again!!

The room was very nice and clean when we checked in. Checking in was easy as it was all done, online. Having a code to use on the doors was nice, liked not having to worry about a key or key card. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as it looked right out on Lake Chelan. It was nice having a restaurant and ice cream shop right downstairs too. Only two things that we didn't like, the hot water was good in the morning but in the evening our shower water was just lukewarm. The dimmer lights in the bathroom would be bright for a while and then dim all by themselves, not good when you're trying to do your hair and putting on your makeup.

Great Chelan Vacation Spot

Super cute room that overlooks the lake and park. We loved that we didn’t have to use our car all weekend since everything was within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay again!

We love staying at the Landing! The one thing I should mention is that the AC unit in Room 212 on the wall is super loud. Seems like the internal fan blade is out of balance and makes a loud banging noises. Fortunately the weather was comfortable and I was able to turn it off completely. Really needs to be fixed!

The room itself is cute and clean. The only issue was the balcony being surrounded by trash. We paid for the riverside view and it was beautiful. However, there’s huge trash cans on both sides that were overflowing with garbage from the bar. It smelled so bad it was hard to sit out there and enjoy. Truly overwhelming.

It’s nice, but…..

Bring anything you might possibly need because it’s impossible to get service from management and a non existent house keeping. I needed an extra blanket and they couldn’t deliver. Lights outside blink all night, bring an eye mask to sleep better. Aside from that it’s nice.

Location and walkability

We booked the one room with a view of the river and park. We loved the decor of the room and how close it was to the Main Street of Chelan. We walked to great shops, restaurants, and through the park and its trails. We really enjoyed our stay in room 212.However, there is always room for improvement. Here were some downsides… There is no microwave in the room. There is no control for the forced air heating, so we slept hot at night. Overnight parking is a couple of blocks away and there is no elevator to the rooms on the second floor. Recorded music was played all night at a low volume but it could be heard from the bathroom at night.

Check in precess was a little pain. Booked the place a week in advance, never got any check-in information from the company. Had to call several times, before they finally just gave me the codes over the phone. Talked with other guest to get al thw othwr information about the place. That was helpful. Interenet didnt work with a poo. Probably why we had triuble recieving emails and such, but who knows. Overall a great place and would stay again. Other than check in, things were great! Places (food) close early during the week, so keep that in mind when staying

The room had a great view of the end of the lake and the River Walk Park. The unit was clean. The location was great, right in the Main Street in town but this unit at the back of the building was pretty peaceful. The unit has a mini fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, two mugs and two wine glasses. No eating utensils. Management did not get us the new exterior door code so we had to call them to get in, but they gave it out right away and were apologetic. Another staff person called us quite a bit later with the new code. Glad I reached out when I did. The one drawback of the unit is that it is next to the small common area which was rather noisy one night into the wee hours. We also had a noisy neighbor on a different sleep schedule from ours. All in all, we would likely book again.
