Une maison fonctionnelle et agréable

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme et pourtant proche de tout (commerce, plages...) Elle est aisément accessible par le bus pour ceux qui arrivent en train. La maison est fonctionnelle et conforme à l'annonce. La conciergerie a été très réactive et fiable. Nous aurions simplement apprécié de trouver sur place quelques commodités dont nous avons laissé la liste, afin de faciliter le séjour des prochains occupants.

Randonnées autour de Biarritz

55 kilomètres de marche pour découvrir Biarritz et la région, de Biarritz, de Bayonne à Hendaye. Une résidence impeccable au sein d'un quartier résidentiel très calme.

Annonce mensongère

Appartement dans une maison et non maison entière louée ! Au 1 er étage( 5 à 6 marches à utiliser à chaque sortie ) sans accès direct à l extérieur, le jardin se trouvant derrière la maison . 2 fauteuils extérieurs pour 5 personnes ... volet de la porte d entrée ( vitrée) ne marche pas, pas notices pour l electro menager ( lave vaisselle, lave et sèche linge, four), meme pas un balai ou balayette ( obligé d utiliser l aspirateur, mis dans un placard avec le.ventilateur donc compliqué pour ranger les affaires dans le même placard )... Une conciergerie était là pour la gestion de la location, merci pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse !. Sinon appartement prope et situé dans un quartier calme et pas trop loin du bord de mer ! Bref, annonce à modifier au plus vite et tarif à adapter a un appartement et non une maison entière !.
