This is a low floor, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 7 in beds. With the most desirable location at Calypso, a West end corner unit, it features both South and West facing windows making this the ultimate beach condo for your trip. New appliances, new furnishings, new decor, new plank tile flooring throughout and new counter height balcony furniture so you enjoy the view of the Gulf and beach, not the railing!

Gulf facing Master suite with balcony access & King Size Bed! Second, Junior Master suite also features King Size Bed, beach view and a private bath. Third bedroom includes one Full and one Twin size bed (both with new mattresses January, 2020) and direct bathroom access. We sleep 7 in beds with no bunks!

2 Reserved parking spots in the Private Garage! This VIP parking directly under the tower means no more hunting for a parking spot or trekking back and forth across the skybridge from the huge parking deck across the street! Other condos charge extra for this perk.

Items that were a bonus: cleanliness 10, extra ice maker under counter 10,kitchen supplies 10,parking 10, overall supplies 10. I really liked this condo. Good layout, awesome view, well supplied imo, good furniture, master bed might could use a new mattress, but overall this is a nice unit and a fair price. The host was very responsive and helpful. No issues. We've stayed at over 10- 3 bedroom corner units in Calypso and this one is top tier. Appreciate it!

Why this condo? Simply the best view and the nicest condo in the whole 3 tower development! Completely remodeled in early 2018, this corner unit is on a low floor and provides amazing views of the beach, the pier and Pier Park across the street.

Why Calypso, that is easy, simply the best location in PCB! Right next door to the City Pier and park and an easy walk across Front Beach Rd. to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment at Pier Park.

What makes this property unique

Corner unit with views South to the beach and Gulf, SouthWest to the pier and sunsets, West to the open sands of the City beach and NorthWest to the action of Front beach Rd. and Pier Park. Reserved parking spot in the private garage directly under the tower!
