Great Vacation Spot

The condo was very nice and clean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We had great weather all week for the beach and witnessed beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Beach chairs and an umbrella are included for the beach. It is an easy walk to Pier Park and other eating places. It's also just across the street from Top Golf. We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great condo with a fabulous view

The rooms and the inside had a great tiuch and flow and the balcony with the nice chairs was amazing morning and night. Definitely well worth the money and would stay here over and over...also easy access side elevator cut out lots of foit traffic. Definitely recommend!!

This condo was beautiful and everything was perfect and exactly as described. Entry and departure procedures were straight forward and very easy. When we called maintenance for anything it was addressed very quickly and fixed properly. The view of the ocean, pool, and pier from the patio was perfect! Thanks for a great stay and experience.

Wonderful Getaway!

I just enjoyed a great week staying in this unit for vacation with two other family members. What a beautiful unit! They've created a calm and relaxing vibe in every room, perfect for after a day in the sun. I have rented PCB condo units from the Warrens for many years and hope to be able to continue to do so. They have always been the best hosts!

Awesome location witheasyaccessanda greatocean view, spotless upon arrival, everything worked perfectly. Will absolutely book again. Even the kitchen knives were sharp as an example of the attention to detail. Can't say enough about how satisfied we were. Honestly never even contacted the host because there was never a need.

Calypso 408E

We always love staying in PCB at the Calypso! The condo we stayed in was beautiful with gorgeous views. However, cleanliness was definitely lacking. The cleaning staff had not cleaned the floors at all. When we walked in, we immediately noticed dirt, sand, and sticky spots all over the floors throughout the condo, along with an odor that filled the air. But after we cleaned, our stay was perfect!
