Soft, white sand beaches and spectacular sunsets await you Gulfside Villas is a community situated right on Indian Rocks Beach! This updated 3-story Townhome has 2 full bedrooms with an upstairs loft with a plush queen bed and can be used as a 3rd bedroom. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, including a Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster, and more.
The sunsets on this beach are simply breathtaking, and you can watch them every evening easily because you are only steps away from the white sand and sparkling waters of the Gulf. The main level offers a peaceful balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail after a fun-filled day on the beach.

There's a beautiful pool (heated in the winter), an outdoor shower and a nice picnic area on site. The property is centrally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Or you can just hop on the Beach Trolley and explore the 30-mile coastline from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach and up to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks

Indian Rocks is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive south to St Petersburg and Clearwater to the north. You won’t run out of things to do here! Wake up to gorgeous views and plan your day. If you want to venture out there are endless restaurants you must try while staying here such as Guppy’s on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, The Columbia Restaurant, and so many more! You will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for everyone. Busch Gardens is about 40 minutes away, as well as Zoo Tampa, but we have the wonderful Clearwater Aquarium just north of us, with a petting pool and it houses wildlife from the Disney movie "Winter the Dolphin." Most guests that arrive via air, typically fly into the Tampa Airport (25 miles) or the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (12 miles).

Free Wi-Fi and covered parking available for 2 cars. You will also have a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. This is a Non-Smoking Property. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on this property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 25 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ride-sharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Beautiful place. Nice view from balcony. House had everything u would want in it. Very close walk to sand. Couple minute walk. Beach amazing! Lisa was very nice and helpful! Great Value! Two car parking. Our flight was by noon. We checked in early! Had storage shed with beach wagon, shelter, very nice chairs and beach toys. We hope to come back next year and stay again. Very close to stores and restaurants.

We stayed here for our Christmas week. A cute place with everything we needed. Including new beach chairs a wagon nice beach towels. Steps from the beach. Perfect place for walking to a few restaurants. We loved it!!!

Fun time

Nice property on the beach. Storage closet at the parking area made it great for storing beach chairs and canopy without having to track sand into the unit. Nature walk and restaurants nearby gives you plenty to do without having to venture too far out. Most are within walking distance. IRB was beautiful and quiet as always.

Great vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was excellent! Lisa is amazing. There was an issue with the TV and Lisa quickly took care of it! The place was exceptionally clean and includes so many extras. They even have beach towels. The downstairs closet next to the bottom door includes all kinds of Beach accessories, Beach Umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, noodles etc. even a cart to roll it all to the beach. Location is close to eating places and an easy quick walk to the beach. We hope to visit again soon.

Indian Rocks Beach

The condo we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed in it. Just steps to the beach… so awesome. It was really decorated nicely with a Beachy feel. I had a bum knee, so all the stairs made it a little difficult. Lisa was so nice to work with. The only thing that was negative was the pool not being heated most of the time we were there. Lisa reached out to the manager but it remained cold.

Great week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay over the Fourth of July week. The apartment was well equipped and close to the beach and pool. We were disappointed when we found out that there was no bbq. We were told in the morning before we arrived that grills were not allowed on the property. We were super disappointed since all of our planned meals were to be grilled. Many of our neighbors grilled out all week long on the property. That was the only disappointment.

Incredible Find!

We absolutely loved the place! It looks exactly like pics! So close to beach and the beach area was totally uncrowded. The covered parking was awesome. The kitchen was packed with anything you could need. The TVs were large and easy to use...not that we stayed in room to watch much! Having beach chairs and beach towels available was just an unbelievable asset we truly enjoyed! The "shed" the chairs are kept in is so handy and easy to use! Loved not having to store beach chairs in my vehicle all week. We can't say enough nice things about this condo. Loved being able to walk to get ice cream and/or eat dinner. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Indian Rocks Beach!

Amazing Beach Condo

Looking for a relaxing vacation in a well-stocked and CLEAN condo? Look no further than this gem at Gulfside Villas! We’ve stayed at many different units at GV and this is by far the best. Let’s list the pros: - Plenty of bath and beach towels - The kitchen has every—and I mean EVERY—appliance/gadget/pan you could need, plus plenty of dish towels! It's a miracle in a rental! - Beach shed had chairs, sand toys and a cart for pulling to the beach. It was clean and not full of everyone else’s broken junk - Crazy comfortable beds. Seriously - we stayed two weeks and I did not have to go to the chiropractor the day I got home! Slept well every night. - Good washer and dryer that did loads quickly and cleanly. - Night lights! - Great rental agent in Lisa! Cons: The birds outside sang too loudly? The sun was too bright? I ran out of sunscreen… nah, I got nothing. Ok, one little thing because nothing is ever perfect. Could have used more than 1 key for the pool area. Need 2 minimum. All in all - this is a great unit for a family or group of friends. Perfect vacation home in a wonderful location. You’re close to Crabby Bills & PJs. You can walk to Pipo & Betty’s for breakfast. And there is an awesome morning yoga class on the beach around the 3rd St. Access south of the unit. Give it a try!

Beach was steps away...property had everything that was needed for a memorable vacation... all we needed was sunscreen and our bathing suits. They thought of everything from beach chairs/cart to a well equipped kitchen. Clean and plenty of bath and beach towels.

Our party of 4 was absolutely delighted with this unit!! The beachy decor was a 10! Positivily charming! The cleanliness , a 10! The kitchen amenities, a 10! The King beds were luxurious! Spring Break Getaway!

Everything was perfect! Side view from the balcony of the beach which was literally just a few steps away. Everything you could want or need was available in the condo or in the beach shed. Condo was so cute, comfy and sooo clean! Property Manager was so nice to work with! We plan to return!

Deserving of the 5 star reviews

My husband and I are our four-year-old stayed here the last two weeks of November 2021. Everything was amazing. We booked this place because it was right on the beach and were glad that we did. It's so much easier not to deal with packing everything up, walking down the steet to find a crosswalk , etc. etc., when you have a kid with you. With this place, we could easily just step outside and walk down to the beach to get a feel for the weather, go for a quick walk, etc. Everything you need for kids on the beach is in the storage room, including buckets, shovels, sand castle molds, various beach games, some innertubes, etc. The house itself was super clean and had everything we needed. It seemed like every closet I looked in had another set of sheets, towels, or beach towels. Also, the cable package has every station known to mankind, including a station that plays Deal or No Deal 24/7 and also a Baby Shark channel. Amazing and horrifying. We'd never been to this area before so we didn't really know the location when we booked, but quickly realized we'd really picked a place in the middle of everything. There are 4-5 restaurants within walking distance even with a kid, including a coffee shop, ice cream place, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Some random tips: Salt Rock (restaurant), a 5 minute drive down the road, has an early bird menu that is a great deal. We ate there multiple times. The park in Largo (10 minute drive or so) has an amazing playground for kids, one of the biggest I've seen, and does a huge Christmas display if you're there end of Nov-Dec.

IRB Vacation

We stayed at a different unit at Gulfside Villas last year. We loved the location and tried this unit out for our summer stay this year. Lisa, the property manager, did an excellent job communicating with us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Townhouse and Location

With the exception of the red tide that limited our enjoyment of the ocean during the week, we felt very comfortable in this townhouse. Due to the red tide, we spent every day at the pool, which is just behind our townhouse. The pool was on the smaller side, but never seemed to be very busy so that was a plus. The A/C was very cool, especially in the upstairs bedrooms, which made sleeping very comfortable. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were an added bonus. The downstairs entry way was perfect to leave all the shoes to keep all the sand out of the upstairs living areas. The second floor includes the kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a living room which were all very functional. The third floor includes 2 king size bedrooms, and a curtained off area with a queen bed. This worked well for our family of 6. There is also another full bath that is connected to the master with hallway access, and in the hallway, there is a full size washer/dryer. The closets in both bathrooms included more bath towels and beach towels than a large family would ever need. The showers had great water pressure and the beds were very comfortable for our week long stay. If you have trouble with stairs, this place is not for you, but as a young family, it was perfect for us. Since we ate out for dinner every night, burning the extra calories was a good thing for us. Lisa, the property manager, was very responsive to communication. Finally, the storage shed next to the front door is the perfect place to drop all the sandy toys, inner tubes, etc. Plus, they had everything there you would need. The The owners of the townhouse thought of everything to make your beach stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
