Freshly renovated corner unit with seaside charm!
Our 3 bed 2 bath condo is on the 4th floor and is a corner unit meaning windows on 3 sides and panoramic views! Tiled throughout and new tiling in bedrooms (no carpet!). The condo went through renovations in 2021 and is freshly decorated a coastal chic style. Check out views of the intracoastal and gulf from beautiful plantation shutters (no blinds!). Our master bedroom is spacious featuring a king size bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, and en-suite bathroom. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed and built ins for extra storage, and our third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We also have a pack-and-play available for your little ones. We provide all of the comforts of home away from home! We have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a dining table that seats 6 inside. Our condo has a full size washer and dryer in unit. Our spacious balcony offers outside seating so you can watch the magnificent sunsets over the ocean. The condo has cable & TVs in the living room and bedrooms as well as wifi to keep you up to date with friends and family that cannot be with you on this lovely getaway.
The Reef Club's amenities include a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grill area, and direct beach access.
The Reef Club is situated across the street from a Nature preserve that also has a kid's playground.

We live in Chicago and love getting away during the brutal winters to enjoy the warm sunny beaches in Florida.
Why they chose this property
We both grew up vacationing along the Gulf of Mexico and we knew we wanted to eventually get a vacation home so we could escape the brutal Chicago winters. We settled on the Clearwater beach area but we fell in love with the quaintness of Indian Rocks Beach. We love walking to all of the restaurants in the area and spending our days relaxing on the beach that is never too crowded. We hope you fall in love with our little beach town too!
