The condo was amazingly comfortable for our family of 4. Each kiddo had their own room and the primary suite was spacious. The home was well equipped for cooking and the seating was comfy - we spent lots of time on the deck overlooking the ocean. Bonus - there are beach toys left in the outdoor locker that we added to for those who come after us :) Thanks for a great stay!

If u want somewhere not as busy as clearwater beach this is a great place. Everything u need from restaurant, water park to groceries all in close proximity to property. Very clean plenty of room for 6 people.

The condo is fairly spacious. It has a nice view of the beach. The space was clean and well supplied when we got there. We came in mid-September, and the complex was quiet and not crowded at all. Would definitely recommend!

Great condo, with enough room for everyone!

We had a great stay, and even enjoyed the MSU spartan puzzle! Great view and the beach/pool were perfect! The only suggestion would be to let your renters know that there are beach chairs available in the locker. We rented some, but couldn’t return them for a credit. Otherwise a nice stay and enjoyed the views!

My family and I booked a last minute stay for 6 nights at this condo. The pictures just don’t do it justice. This beautifully decorated condo has everything my family and I needed from beach chairs, toys, games, fully stocked kitchen to the most beautiful views. The sunsets were my favorite part whether you walked down to the beach or stayed on the balcony. We liked it so much, we reached out to the owner and asked to book the condo for any extra night. It was a great price and an added bonus, the pool was working after the hurricanes as most weren’t in the area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Callie!

Hastings Spring Break

We absolutely loved our 16 day stay and hated to leave! The condo was amazing! We had plenty of room, the kitchen was well furnished, she had beach towels and an entire closet of beach accessories, the pool and hot-tub were enjoyed by all, the beach was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous! Cassie was extremely prompt in answering a few minor questions and she had Sarah at our door within minutes 2 different times - we certainly appreciated “everything”! Why they chose this property

We both grew up vacationing along the Gulf of Mexico and we knew we wanted to eventually get a vacation home so we could escape the brutal Chicago winters. We settled on the Clearwater beach area but we fell in love with the quaintness of Indian Rocks Beach. We love walking to all of the restaurants in the area and spending our days relaxing on the beach that is never too crowded. We hope you fall in love with our little beach town too!
