Location: hamlet of Caléyère, alt 1150m, south exposure, with exceptional panoramic views of valleys and mountains, near the center of Embrun 2.8km, lake and Serre-Ponçon lake 3.5 km. Mountain and peaceful atmosphere.
Spacious chalet for 8 people, ≈ 128 m2, terrace ≈ 60m2, garden ≈ 1100 m2, with access to the vegetable patch depending on the season.
Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen + saddler, full equipment (oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, multiple Nespresso coffee machines), office, bathroom shower, WC.
Upstairs: mezzanine, 3 bedrooms, 140x200 double bed, bathroom with bathtub, WC, hair dryer, laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board and dryer).
Outdoor equipment, large parasol, tables, seats and barbecue.
Internet / WiFi access. Reception of networks for telephony ****.

Séjour très agréable sur les hauteurs d'Embrun

Séjour parfait passé en famille et entre amis sur les hauteurs d'Embrun ! Le chalet est très agréable, extrêmement lumineux et spacieux. La literie est très confortable et le niveau d'équipement est impressionnant pour une location d'été. Et de surcroît, un joli jardin et une vue imprenable sur le lac de Serre-Ponçon. On s'y sent donc vraiment très vite comme chez soi ; à recommander sans aucune hésitation !
