Bright apartment with a superb view of the lake and mountains. F3 of 63m² (4 people), located on the heights of Embrun, with a view of the mountains and the lake of Serre-Ponçon.<br>Embrun is located in the Southern Alps, a nature destination between lake and mountains, a change of scenery guaranteed along the many trails. <br>Embrun is also a stopover town on the way to Santiago de Compostela with its Notre-Dame du Réal cathedral (12th century). <br>The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140X190 bed and a living room with TV. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine... A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, with separate toilet.<br>A 12m² terrace with garden table.<br>The ski resort of Les Orres 1800 is a 25-minute drive away (shuttle available) and the Embrum leisure centre is 2km away. Departure point for many hikes.<br>Free Wi-Fi, very quiet environment, reserved parking spaces for the residence nearby. Bed linen is included in the price.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé mais il faut prévoir quand même une voiture car ça monte un peu… Nous sommes sportifs, nous avons fait les allers-retours à pied et à vélo sans souci, mais c’est quand même à signaler. Sinon l’appartement est superbe et la vue est incroyable, je précise également qu’il y a tout ce qu’il faut vraiment, on était comme chez nous.

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans l’appartement très agréable de Sophie. La vue est magnifique, la literie excellente et tout le matériel ménager très complet.Seul bémol à la période où j’y étais : le vent omniprésent sur la terrasse disposée en angle sur deux versants de l’immeuble.

Top Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Ebenso angenehm war die Übergabe durch die beauftragte Dame.Wir waren anlässlich der Rallye Monte Carlo dort und ich kann diese Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für einen Wanderurlaub sehr empfehlen.Jederzeit würde ich mich dort wieder einmieten.

Nous avons seulement séjourné un we mais en seulement 48 H nous avons complètement déconnecté.. l'appartement est très bien équipé , très bien situé avec aucun bruit ... La literie est simplement parfaite , la grasse matinée est de rigueur... Nousreviendrons avec plaisir

Appartement bien situé et au calme avec une vue imprenable

Belle appartement très bien agencé.dommage que le store de la salle a manger soit cassé ma fille dormait sur le canapé elle a été un peu perturbée par le jour. Le matelas du canapé pas bon impossible de dormir a deux et la télé a besoin d être réparé. Nous n avons pas vu les propriétaires mais ils étaient joignable par téléphone. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Excellent sejour chez Sophie. Logement sur les hauteurs d’embrun donc voiture necessaire, mais du coup une belle vue lac et montagne. Appartement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Température très correcte dans le logement malgré les 30°extérieur.

Appartement de qualité, moderne, disposant de tout le confort. Au calme sur les hauteurs d'Embrun, idéalement placé à quelques mètres des sentiers de randonnée, avec une vue superbe sur la ville, le lac de Serre-Ponçon et les montagnes environnantes. Très bel appartement

Logement très agréable, de bonne taille, bien équipé, comme a la maison, tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour ( appareils a raclette, cocotte minute, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain et jolie vaisselle). Centre ville d'Embrun en 10 minutes environ a pieds. Vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes.

Petit séjour en famille. Superbe vue depuis l'appartement qui est spacieux et très agréable. Les lits sont vraiment confortables et la décoration intérieure est parfaite. L'hôte nous a bien renseigner et était bien disponible. L'emplacement sur les hauteurs d'Embrun est très calme.
