Two bedroom lakeside cabin, just 3 miles east of Chippewa Falls at the Hideaway Resort, one of 6 cabins (10 miles from Eau Claire) with easy self check in, close to Hwy 29, Hwy 53 and I-94. Grocery store/liquor store, gas, fishing tackle, boat launch all conveniently located within one mile.

This 740 square foot cabin, built in 1956, features beautiful views of Lake Wissota, just 30 feet away, looking east with low elevation access to the lake. The interior consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a queen sized bed in each bedroom and full size fold out futon, cable TV/DVD player, wireless internet, AC, on site laundry and bed linens/towels furnished.

Outdoor features include a patio, picnic table, lawn chairs, charcoal grill and campfire ring. (Firewood furnished for a nominal fee).

There is plenty to do in the area including: Leinenkugel Brewery, Irvine Park, Cook Rutledge Mansion, Cabin Ridge Rides, Autumn Harvest Winery, River Bend Winery, Heyde Center for the Arts.... just to name a few!

For the winter enthusiast the Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire area offers an array of activities including: ice fishing, snowmobiling, horse drawn sleigh/wagon rides, ice skating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and tubing...

Sweet spot to vacation adorable cabin!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s close to the lake. Enjoyed having kayaks to use. The cabin was nicely decorated, warm, and welcoming! Easy check-in! Nice amenities and a short drive to Irvine Park and zoo!

Getaway

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this cabin. The decor was lovely and made it truly feel like a cabin at a lake. It’s well stocked with decent cooking pans and utensils. Also lots of board games which came in handy during a rain storm. My father grew up in the area and we came to see the area again. Initial we were going to just stay in a hotel but discovering this place was the cherry on the top! We enjoyed the outside space right by the lake. We had a lovely fire and enjoyed sitting on the dock.

Good Times!!

Pleasantly surprised with how big and comfy 740 square feet was. The house was clean and cozy snd perfect! Everything that you would need to stay was there. Linens, kitchen utensils, coffee filters, batteries, dvd’s, cards and board games. This hideaway cabin was not only perfect but was exactly what my husband and i needed for our quick weekend getaway. Despite the snow and ice the view was beautiful. We did some ice fishing and some snowshoeing. The owners made the cutest ice skating rink right outside our cabin. This literally is the perfect hideaway. Rhonda was amazing and so nice, made us feel like family.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We had an amazing experience staying in cabin #2! The hosts were extremely helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. The cabin and camp grounds were clean and even better than what we expected. The kids loved the park with the cutest little cabin. We rented the pontoon and used the kayaks. It was a great stay, and we open to return next summer!

Very nice place for a nice weekend away! Cabin was clean and the lake is beautiful! We enjoyed a boat ride and some biking in Chippewa Falls. We will stay here again. Thanks for a relaxing weekend Hideaway Resort!

Beautiful Getaway

We were beyond pleased with our stay! The owners were very accommodating, they responded to any questions very quickly and the cabin is well maintained. The view from our cabin was amazing! Our family had such a great time, we will definitely be back again!!

Perfect weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cabin that's part of a resort. It has all the conveniences you need and some nice special touches. The furnace got a real workout as it was below zero both nights but it worked and the beds we're particularly warm and cozy.

This is a cute cabin. You're right on the lake. It's easy to find. The inside is so cute and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. The view is breathtaking. It's set in a very quiet area. It's just a must see.
