Newly remodeled 38th floor Studio in Waikiki with Panoramic diamond head and ocean view, new furniture and appliances. This condo has full kitchen, air conditioner, WiFi, cable TV, full size washer/dryer, and free parking. Walking distance to Waikiki, beaches, restaurants, Ala Moana shopping Center, beach park, grocery stores and convenient stores. We have swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and parking on site. If you need medical assistance, the Urgent care is only couple blocks away from my building. Also, you can watch the spectacular fireworks show from my unit every Friday night and holidays. Finally, I have a full-size parking stall and it is free for my guest with booking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Clean and conveniently located studio. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this centrally located studio. Excellent view of the Friday night fireworks. Easy access for our rental car. The studio had everything we needed.

Anniversary and vacation

The property was very clean and in a central location. It is near Ala Moana Park and Ala Moana Center (mall). There are a variety of eating options and an ABC store on the corner. The view is outstanding! Chris was wonderful and assisted us proptly. Check in and out process is seamless. Elevators are slow from time to time.

The room was clean and everything was there that was needed. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the elevator. It seemed ancient and took forever to move up and down. One broke and caused twice the time to get up and down. There was no AC in the elevator. So you could get in dry and get out super sweaty because the elevator creeped up and down. Nothing against the condo owner. I didn’t like the building.

Amazing views!

Loved our stay. Condo is set up perfectly and made our stay very comfortable. Had everything you needed and took all the work out of a vacation. Very nice location within walking distance of everything you would need. Added bonus having a place to park, w/d in condo, and a kitchen. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Waikiki stay next to the Ala Moana shopping center

Cant find a better location in Waikiki with free parking. Chris was awesome and so helpful. The views were better than in the pictures. Mahalo.

Convenient place and supper view condo.

It is really convenient location in Waikiki. Walking distance to Ala Moana beach and shopping center. It locates 38th floor so you can see really nice view of Ocean, Diamond Head. It has already have good enough materials so you don’t need bring anything like detergents, shampoo or others. I highly recommend this condo.

Honolulu delight

Centrally located, near restaurants, bars, beach and maul. After locating the lockbox around 2 corners everything else was great for us. The fire alarm went off because someone on the 4th floor evidently burnt dinner. We would stay again!!!

The ocean view was amazing! The room was very clean as well and the bed and blanket provided made it very comfortable to sleep. Parking was a nice touch, which made renting a vehicle a no brainer for this hotel. Only downside that I experienced was there was one elevator available at the time of my stay due to maintenance, which took me around 10 minutes to get to the lobby. If waiting does not bother you, this place is a great spot to go around Ala Moana and Waikiki.

The view was amazing.

The room was clean and very efficient. The location was ideal, a short walk to just about anything you’d need. The elevator was working off and on so that wasn’t ideal. A bit of a hike a few times to get to the room. Everything else was great!

Great apartment/bad fire alarm

Beautiful view and walking distance to a lot of different things. Loved the apartment. Only bad thing was the fire alarm went off about the second or third day and we sent a text but no one ever came to fix it. Could not get it to shut off so we found a cupboard with pillows in and buried it there for the next six days. Would rent it again.

Stunning views from the 38th floor

Amazing view and winds from condo window. The condo was clean and comfortable. One elevator wasn't working, but it wasn't that inconvenient. I could see the Hilton fireworks on Friday night right in front of me.

Waikiki Marine Condo

The condo is in great location. It has its own parking space and a washer/dryer so a big plus for us. The only problem we had with this place was the elevators. There is only one working elevator and it takes 10 to15 minutes to get the only one working to arrive. This is a big problem when the condo is on the 38th floor. So I would definitely check before booking this unit.

Beautiful condo! Building need to fix elevators.

I was at sea, so it was rather difficult to communicate with Chris. The condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous ciew of the ocean and Waikiki. Very clean and cool, granite throughout, new floors, planty of room. The condo itself was flawless and we were made to feel welcome throughout our stay. Nice washer and dryer as well. Chris was a wonderful host. The only downside were the elevators. One was broken and the other one is extremely slow. f you’re in mo hurry, no problem. I highly recommed this property!

Great find!

An excellent spot to base yourself when visiting Honolulu/Waikiki. The spot is much quieter than downtown Waikiki, we always felt safe and were close to restaurants and shopping. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping and 20 minutes to Waikiki. The condo is also on the Pink Line bus/tram service. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with all inclusions as listed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature, and the ktchenette was well equipped. The air conditioning was comfortable and a pedestal fan also provided. The view was expansiver with a large window that could be opened to let in the afternoon breeze. The parking space is secure and close to the lift. There was still only one lift operating, though they were currently working on it (Jan 2024). This was not an issue, even being on the 38th floor. 'Long waits' were really not that long at all. Highly recommended for short or long stays.

This nice,clean condo is tucked in away from the road and being on the 38th floor, only heard an occasional siren. So quite and easy to sleep in the comfy memory foam high end mattress. Great price for the view!!! Walking distance to shopping and great restraunts.

This was a great place to stay. The view from the window was great. The condo was small but very clean and comfortable. There are many places to eat within walking distance. There is also an ABC store next to the building to pick up small things. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Helpful hint when driving the building is two entrances down from the ABC store. The sign is hidden by plants

Great condo in a great location!

We enjoyed this condo very much! It is on the 38th floor of the Waikiki Marina tower, with a nice view on the ocean with a bit of Diamon Head on the East to the West side of the Island.The condo has everything you need for a nice stay, including enough kitchenware to have breakfast or a light lunch/dinner, with an ABC store at the corner of the street a 2mn walk away, and the marina a bit more than 5mn walking, and a front seat to the Friday evening Waikiki fireworks from above! A covered parking space and easy in/out access makes the place ideal for touring the island without wondering about where to park when back "home" while we were visiting family in Kailua and Kapolei.Highly recommended! Solid location and great view

Check in and check out process was clear and easy. The building is older and both elevators did not always work. With 40 floors, the elevator wait could get long-ish. They did fix the broken elevator after a couple days and it really made a big difference. The room is small but has everything you need. The owner does a great job of putting enough soap, detergent, towels, napkins, toilet paper, etc. for a short stay. The view from the room was actually very nice. Lots of ocean and marina to look at. Bed was decent and there was ample closet space. AC was loud but worked to keep the room cool. I didn't need to contact the owner much at all and I think that's a good thing. It means there were no issues/complaints. Included parking was awesome. Good value for the price paid. I'd stay here again.
