We rented the place for visiting family members and they loved the place. It was a perfect setting to get everyone together to celebrate Thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.
House was perfect for us for this stay. Nice and spacious for our family. House was clean and ready for us. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed - coffee and enough dishes for breakfasts and making eggs, etc. Had all the needed cleaning supplies for kitchen and dishwasher. Washer/dryer worked well. House was a comfortable temperature and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay there again.
Spacious, well appointed interior. Very nice exterior. Many comfortable seats. A great place to relax, to chat or to carry on serious discussions. A beautiful, welcoming, gem of a location, 4 siblings and two of their spouses - all 65 enjoyed the heck out of our stay.We recommend it to anyone and everyone.
All went well, except for freezer, which needs repair. Ice cream melted. Ice partially melted. We were short on cleaning cloths and wash cloths which were brought in short order.
We enjoyed this property for various reasons. The back yard being top on the list, plus location, comfort, plenty of space and everything we needed for a Mother's Day backyard grill out!
Best for group of friends or family. Need a car as many sites and necessities are not in walking distance. easy access for a day trip to Santa Fe and to Sandia Pueblo (5 miles) for Casio, Golf and SPA.
The house has a huge master suite and three bedrooms clustered together on the other side of the house. The backyard is beautiful with nice plantings, but there is quite a bit of road noise. The large kitchen is well-equipped. The freezer was not working so a large amount of ice cream we bought for a birthday party melted. The was our only significant complaint about this house
We stayed a couple nights at the end of May 2023. The property was easy to find, close to all the things we wanted to do and clean and quiet. The hot tub was big enough to fit everyone easily. The house layout was great. The main bedroom was quite large and the other bedrooms for the kids were off on their own hallway. House had everything we needed for a great stay.
I had some old friends fly in to play three days of golf. The rental was perfect for what we did. Neighbors were all nice, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and already planning to do same ting next year.
This is s great property with plenty of room for family. However the two tv’s were too small for the space. Also it would be nice to have extra chairs at kitchen table (only four). Some tlc is needed in bathroom, but not an excuse to not stay here! This property is awesome, a gem! Owner is beyond friendly and courteous. Helped us with heater. Would love to stay hear again next time in Albuquerque!

This is a house with great bones, but it wasn't very clean and is not in particularly good repair. Every door knob, light switch, or cabinet knob was sticky. Nice big, shaded outdoor area, but all outdoor furniture filthy, and terrible road noise from road right behind house. Door knobs are old and hard to lock/open. No instructions at house of any kind - would be nice to have them for tv and hot tub especially. Not generously outfitted with towels or other essentials: we had 4 hot tub towels for 6 guests, and only four hand towels. No extra kitchen towels. No kleenex in one of the bathrooms. Host did respond to requests, but he didn't let us know he got the request, so we weren't sure he was on it.

Response from VrboOwner on 10 Sept 2024
First of all guests requested more towels we responded within 10 min. and they were delivered within 30 min.. we are always just a phone call away. Guests messaged many things but cleanliness was never one, the cleaning service would have gladly redone any items of concern. More likely this review stemmed from guests not understanding how to operate the doorknobs. Many people live in this area and we have had over 500 stays at this prooerty with no complaints about road noise? The hot tub is pretty self explanatory jets on jets off temperature up or down, I really dont see where additional instructions are necessary. Albuquerque is in the desert and we do get dusty winds, outdoor furniture is going to get dusty unfortunately we can't control the weather.
Nice enough house but ineffectual property management
Was there for three nights for a family wedding. Arrived on Friday and the house was hot so we turned on the A/C. After an hour and a half of the A/C turned on the house was actually hotter! So the A/C was not working. Messaged the property manager (In the VRBO app). Didn't get a response for long while, so I called the number. Was told it was too late on Friday to get someone over there but would try for the weekend. No one ever showed up. The A/C never worked all weekend.
Tried the hot tub one evening but the temperature was so low we had to get out. The control was set on "econ", so it wouldn't heat up. Messaged the property manger in the app again about how to take the control off economy so the temperature would go up, but never heard back. So we didn't use it again. It was too cold for us. Never got above 98.
Instructions said to only use plastic glasses at the hot tub, but the house had zero plastic glasses. We had to use plastic measuring cups to drink out of!
One last weird thing...the way the house is set up three bedrooms share one bathroom. That bathroom had only two small towel hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels on. We had 6 adults who showered and used hot tub towels and there was nowhere for us all to hang out towels to dry. We had towels draped all over our rooms, which also did not have enough hooks for the towels to dry.
I feel like I am back home in Albuquerque. Great yard for my dog, clean and comfortable ( best I’ve ever been in) I didn’t use the hot tub because I’m not a hot tub person but it looks amazing. Great place to just chill. Great location. Hot water, tons of room, everything works, and available but not hovering hosts. This just made a very difficult trip really really good! If I don’t buy a house, we will stay here again. And we may need to stay again anyway! Thanks CJ and Shawn!
Clean, right off tramway, and ready for our group to stay! Comfortable and easy to find; quiet neighborhood and easy access to highways. We enjoyed our stay!
We are 7, 2 brothers..cousins...spouses...we all met here to have a family reunion.
The home accommodation fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space.
Very relaxing.
