Located in the heart of Ybor city's historic 7th Ave - a short walk from some of the best restaurants and clubs in South Tampa, yet far enough from the noise and crowd. This apt is Professionally Managed and Cleaned. Furnished with high quality premium furniture and decorations. Unfortunately, due to condo rules, no more than 4 PEOPLE are allowed to stay in the unit at one time, excluding young children.

The condo has the following:
* We provide bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths.
* 1000 SQ feet of space - spacious, clean and modern.
* Brand new high-quality furniture, artwork, and accessories - not IKEA.
* Tempur- Pedic like bed, luxury sheets, bedbug proof encasement
* Full Kitchen with high-quality cookware and utensils
* LCD TV with high-speed internet and Netflix / Sling.
* Onsite Washer and Dryer
* Professionally clean with naturally derived, biodegradable products.
* Private parking or residential street parking available. No trailers or Trucks allowed.
* Register residential street parking is available for SUV.


★Security cameras on property - outside door entrance and back of the building. - on 24/7. In order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

★ Potential noise: Wild chickens inhabit Ybor, so the occasional rooster crow is possible. It's what makes the area unique! If you are very sensitive to noise / light sleeper, I suggest looking outside this neighborhood.

Ybor is very central to everything in the South Tampa area. A 10-minute ride on the trolley car line takes you to the Channelside and Downtown, which is home to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Aquarium, Convention Center and Starz Performing Arts Center. Busch Gardens, Raymond James stadium, George Steinbrenner Field and the Hard Rock Casino are all within 10–15-minute driving distance.

★ No more then 4 people, excluding babies / young children
★ Unless approved prior to booking, NO check-in is allowed after 11PM

★Overall, HAVE FUN but please treat our condo the way you would your own home. We have put our hearts and souls into our little condo!!

Unit was clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to Ybor main street without having to deal with the noise and crowd. A horizontal space to lay bags down would have been nice in the second bedroom, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Loved this gem in Ybor!Location was perfect, we could walk anywhere Ybor and take trolley downtown Tampa. House was clean and had everything we needed. If ever staying in Ybor again, will definitely search for this rental first. Be sure to enjoy the Ybor chickens!

Walking in Historic Ybor

The condo is in a great location, accessible to cafes, shops, and bars. There are a few convenient stores but access to a full service grocery store is about 1.5 miles. The condo, located on a quiet street was ideal.

AMTA conference

This property is so very clean and in such a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed waking up to roosters everyday. The trolley was close and convenient. The landlord was easy to work with. It was wonderful!

Nice Place

The home was clean and bright with plenty of room for four adults. Keep in mind that you are in Ybor City where chickens roam free and will wake you up early with their crowing.

Beautiful and super clean condo

Alex and Jimmy were an amazing and gracious hosts!! When we first arrived, we mistakenly got off at the wrong stop and Alex went out of her way to help us find her :) She had amazing tips and was extremely helpful making our short time here in Ybor city incredible! The condo is super clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furniture and accessories. They are seasonal hosts with few condos in the area so everything ran smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend Alex and Jimmy :)))

You should be aware that we take a lot of time when deciding where to stay. We read all the reviews as want a safe, healthy, good experience, especially in a city that we don’t know well. Location – The property is conveniently located to YBOR..it is just minutes away from the bars and restaurants. Communication - The owner struggled (pre-stay) to respond to my three queries over a two-week period. Only on the third attempt did I received a response. Cleanliness - The description indicates the property is professionally cleaned but the property was not prepared to host anyone. Walking barefoot made the soles of our feet black from lack of cleaning. Dust and cobwebs, kitchen counter tops covered in a layer of grime. Stained wall in the dining area, sticky dining room table that still had the remnants of the previous quest meals.The same can be stated for the night tables in one of the rooms. We lifted the cushions of the couch and found remnants from previous guests. Including old tissues, q-tips and food crumbs. It was obvious that no effort was made to ensure cleanliness. Additionally, we found that the items that are normally provided with a VRBO property were not acceptable. Empty soap dispensers in the kitchen and bathrooms. Missing dishwasher detergent. The bath towels provided were not adequate for three adults (very thin and small and one towel per individual). We did not find any kitchen towels. Because of this we purchased our own (towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent). The cumulation of all of these experiences made us wonder if the linens were clean which prompted us to wash the bath rugs, and all bedding. Because of the filth, we did not feel comfortable cooking at the property. We did contact the owner regarding the condition of the property and he did respond within 24 hours and offered to pay for the items we had to purchase. Jimmy also offered to take $40 off the cleaning charge. I refused the discount on the cleaning charge based on the principle that $40 does not fix the horrible experience. Accuracy of listing - As stated earlier this property is not fully what the description details it to be. Definitely not professionally cleaned and if it were professionally managed the interior conditions would never have been what they are. We purchased the stay based on the description with expectation to cook "at home" but the kitchen was misrepresented and unclean.

Just perfect! Modern, chaing, walkable to all.

Perfect! Super clean and modern condo in an unique and charming neighborhood. Walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and a short ride to the downtown area by trolley. Pictures were very accurate with some additional upgrades. We can not say enough how wonderful of a host Jimmy was. Excellent communication and on point. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a wonderful time during our vacation. I will absolutely try to stay here on my next visit.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Ybor City. The property was well kept and the owner did a great job describing the property. If we visit again, we will likely stay there again. The location is perfect and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, etc on 7th Ave. It is an easy Uber/Taxi/Lyft ride to numerous other locations in Tampa if you do not have transportation or would rather not drive. It made our extended stay easy and memorable.

We stayed here for 3 days and absolutely loved it! The place is super cute! Nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable. Close by to the lots of awesome restaurants. Wonderful!

The location is PERFECT. Right next to many restaurants and bars. The condo was so cute and the owner was reachable any time we needed him. Check in/out process was as easy as can be. Highly recommend! We had a great time.
