Is it possible to leave a 10 star review for a property? The home is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and has all of the amenities you could want for a get away. Beautiful large kitchen, outdoor grill, hot tup and stellar location in the town of Fraser Colorado. Minutes from all of the town's stores and restaurants, while still quietly tucked into a wooded property. I highly encourage anyone looking for a venue in the Winter Park/Fraser area to consider this property. I could not have been any happier with this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing, and we loved getting to see wildlife right in the backyard! The kitchen was a huge plus, especially for our large family. It was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was also a favorite and a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.Our host was wonderful-very accommodating, quick to respond, and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic place for large families, and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Our family had the best time in this beautiful mountain home! We maxed it out with 8 adults and 8 kids and yet there was plenty of space to be one big family. The kitchen was well stocked with things like pots and pans and dishes and silverware. The big table allowed us to eat together as well as play lots of games. The bedding was super comfy, and the bedrooms big enough for cribs and small beds. There were so many thoughtful additions in this house like railings for the kids' beds. Amazing! The hot tub was a big hit and super fun for our adult children to enjoy once the babies were asleep. We loved it and hope to return in the future!
