Elk Court Luxury Mountain Retreat, Sleeps up to 16 people

This over 3,000 square foot 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom home has everything you and your family or friends could possibly want for a mountain vacation. The home has astonishing mountain views, a private hot tub, a gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, BBQ grill, WiFi, washer/dryer, game room, and two living areas with large flat screen televisions.

The large home can accommodate up to 16 guests with plenty of room to spread out. The main floor has a large kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving large meals. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms each with queen beds and a shared bathroom with double sinks. Downstairs is a children’s paradise with another large living room with pull-out couch and game room with a ping pong table. There is also an additional queen bedroom, a bunk room with 4 double beds and another shared bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire home excluding several locked owner’s closets. There is also a private patio and hot tub in the back of the house.

Guests are provided a welcome kit with all instructions and rules prior to check-in. We are available via phone and email to answer any issues or questions following check-in.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Fraser, CO. It backs to a beautiful and private wooded area with frequent wildlife sightings. It is conveniently located from all of your favorite summer and winter mountain activities including skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, hiking, golfing, mountain biking, boating, and four wheeling. It is also close to the grocery store, shops and restaurants and has easy access to the Winter Park ski resort and town via a free shuttle that picks up and drops off at the end of the street.
