Waynoka Lil' Lodge One

Lil' Lodges with 24-hour access to the dunes. Each covered outdoor living area includes an outdoor fireplace, big screen DirecTV, living area, and dining table. The Lil' Lodge property is over a half acre, and includes paved parking and circle drive. We have a lockable steel fence for security, and lots of grass area for the kids.

These new lodges are perfect for your family vacation to the dunes. Each lodge has a bedroom, kitchen/living area/ bathroom, loft area, and bunk bed area. The outdoor area includes a private outdoor shower and common living, grill, and dining area.

Guest have 24 hr direct access to the dunes. Trails connect you quickly to all riding areas. The property offers an irrigated yard, large fenced yard, paved parking and circle drive. No more Sandburrs!

We do not live in Waynoka, but are available to answer any question that you have, and solve any problems we can. Just text or phone. UTV Takeover weekend is reserved for repeat customers; five-day full rate; lottery; sole discretion of the Property owner; conflicts may be canceled.

The property is located inside the city limits of Waynoka. It has direct 24-hour access to the dunes via a dedicated. The only thing closer to the dunes is a campground for trailers and RVs. So, it's a great location. The property is directly adjacent to the city park, which is seldom used, except during big event weekends. It is very handy for extra vehicles, RVs, riding, and kids.

There is no public transportation available in Waynoka. You should plan to bring everything you need in the way of food and drinks.

Waynoka has very few services. Waynoka has a convince store and gas station, hardware store, a couple of bars, and some limited ORV maintenance available. The closest city with full services is Alva, which is about 30 mins away. You will need to bring everything you need with you. This includes all of your food and drinks.

A single pet is allowed only upon special request. $100 additional cleaning fee.
Grill - includes 1 propane refill and cleaning, an additional $60 per trip.
RV Hook-up is $50 per day.
A refundable security deposit of $500.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the full amount of the booking, or a portion of it, depending on the timing of cancellation, will be issued as a credit.
Credits may be applied towards your future stays. All rebookings will be subject to the prevailing rate at the time of rebooking, and the credit will be applied toward that total.
The credit will be based on the total amount we receive from VRBO after their fees are deducted.
