Die Wohnung war nur einigermaßen sauber.Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist durchgelegen und sollte ersetzt werden.In der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis, dass Heizkosten von Oktober bis MĂ€rz zusĂ€tzlich abgerechnet werden. Wir kamen Ende Dezember in eine ausgekĂŒhlte Wohnung, die offensichtlich schon einige Zeit leer stand. Diese grĂ¶ĂŸere Apartment Anlage (ca 20 Apartments) war grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils unbewohnt.Ineffiziente Elektroheizung, schlechte DĂ€mmung, kaltes Treppenhaus wegen Leerstand der Anlage haben zu 135 Heizkosten fĂŒr nur eine Woche gefĂŒhrt. Der Vermieter hat uns aufgrund unserer Kritik 25 Rabatt gegeben.Im Winter sollte man relativ hohe Heizosten mit einkalkulieren.

TrÚs agréable logement de vacances

Un bel appartement tel que l'on rencontre dans une station balnéaire. Un espace confortable et chaleureux. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pieds du centre et 20 minutes de la plage. Contact facile avec le propriétaire et trÚs bon accueil sur place.

J’ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu qu’aprĂšs avoir payĂ© tout en ligne l’hĂŽte m’a redirigĂ© un contrat en ligne et me l’a envoyĂ© par mail pour que je le signe oĂč il me demandait de payer le lit superposĂ© des enfants et le lit oĂč j’allais dormir avant notre dĂ©part et pourtant tout ceci Ă©tait conclu dans la location en ligne mais j’ai refusĂ© de signer ce contrat

Petit séjour trÚs agréable à la CÎte d'Opale.

Appartement propre, bien agencé, trÚs bien équipé dans une résidence calme et arboré. Proche de Stella plage et des commerces. Petits bémols : - Absence de wifi mais pour 2 jours, pas dramatique.. - Le clic clac pour dormir pas top..1 nuit et mal au dos depuis 1 semaine..les lits étant pris par mes enfants.. TrÚs trÚs bon contact que ce soit avec la personne qui a nous acceuilli, Mademoiselle Dostes qu'avec le propriétaire, Maxence.. Je conseille vivement cette location..!!

Appartement bien situé dans résidence calme, parking sécurisé (en panne lors de notre séjour). L'appartement est agréable, quelques travaux de rénovations sont à prévoir, un mitigeur pour la baignoire serait appréciable ainsi que le wifi. L'appartement est bien équipé.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux

Nous avons aimĂ© l’agencement de cet appartement ,sa situation gĂ©ographique ( 1km Ă  pied de la plage et 10 mn en voiture du Touquet). Nous Ă©tions au calme et en sĂ©curitĂ© ,la rĂ©sidence et le parking privĂ© se situant dans un espace clos. Un petit bĂ©mol quand mĂȘme ,dans la salle de bain : pas de tapis de bain et certains accessoires sont rouillĂ©s. Nous avons regrettĂ© Ă©galement l’absence de wifi.

Good location

The property is secure with gated entrance which is good as we were travelling by motorbike, easy to find and only about 10 mins drive from Le Touquet. The small town of Stella’s Plage has a few restaurants and local shops all within walking distance as is the beach. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, not. A problem for the able bodied. The only negatives would be no wi fi and the cost of 30 euros for bed linen and just 2 towels for one week is not enough. It would be good if there was a simple explanation of facilities I.e. location of bins, fire escapes, etc etc in English for the non-speaking French ! Overall a comfortable stay in a well equipped apartment for self catering. If you love fish the local fishmonger in Stella Plage is excellent as is the Boulangerie.
