Gîte near Chambord - 6/7 people
Patrick and Nadia welcome you to their comfortable cottage located in Maslives, between Tours and Orleans, at the gates of Sologne 3 kms from the Château de Chambord and 10 km from Blois.
The cottage is situated in a village in the heart of the countryside, near bike paths of "La Loire à Vélo". You can discover the Loire Valley region with its many castles, monuments, parks, the Beauval Zoo and many other activities.
Comfortable cottage on two floors, 80 m2, recently renovated.
No smoking, no pets allowed, wifi.
Ground floor:
Large living room with open kitchen and fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine and small appliances, television, sofa, wifi etc .. ..
Living room with sofa, coffee table, library, board games.
Room with stairs, sofa bed (sleeps 2).
WC and bathroom with separate walk-in shower.
Upstairs :
Arriving on stage with BZ (sleeps 2).
WC with wash basin
Large room two beds: 1 double and 1 single 90 140.
Outside:
Garden furniture, barbecue, gantry child and adult.
Parking available.
Minimum stay two nights.
Payment of 60 euros requested for the household.
On request: free baby equipment loan (cot, high chair, park)
Bike rental including one equipped with a child seat: 20 euros per week and by bike.
Linen rental: 15 euros per bed (sheets, tea towels, towels)
30% of the rental amount will be requested upon booking.
30% again 30 days before your arrival.
The balance due 15 days before arrival.
A security deposit of 600 euros on arrival which will be returned upon departure after inventory.
Extra tourist tax per person (0. 33 cts per person over 18 years old)

EXCELLENT
Patrick et Nadia nous ont réservé un excellent accueil.
Un logement à quelques kilomètres seulement de CHAMBORD, calme, spacieux, très propre avec tout ce dont ont a besoin pour cuisiner.
Vous pourrez admirer la Loire et ses châteaux et le zoo de beauval à 50 minutes par les petits chemins en voiture.
Nous vous conseillons vivement de réserver tant nous avons apprécié ce lieu.
Vous pourrez randonner et apprécier le gibier en liberté.
Des vélos sont mis à disposition pour découvrir cette belle région.
Cadre idéal également pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans un espace clos en attendant que le repas soit prêt.
N'hésitez pas et foncez les yeux fermé.

SEJOUR PARFAIT...A REFAIRE
Nous avons eu la chance d'inaugurer cette jolie maison et nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'accueil de Nadia et son mari à été très chaleureux, ils sont de très bon conseil concernant les visites et soucieux de satisfaire les désirs de leurs vacanciers. Concernant la maison tout est neuf, elle est parfaitement équipée. Elle est située tout près des sites à visiter. Les vélos en location sont un peu anciens mais fonctionnent parfaitement. Bref nous espérons pouvoir revenir très bientôt .
