Located within walking distance to the Silver Queen Gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain, these accommodations provide the perfect home base to explore Aspen's Rocky Mountain setting. Welcoming guests with warm hospitality, our condominiums are superbly situated in Downtown Aspen within walking distance to Main Street, close to summer attractions as well as downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries.

The above listed photos are examples of some of our four bedroom units, though we have more available and pictures of your specific unit will be provided at time of booking. Each of our accommodations are individually owned and decorated. If you book here, you will be confirmed at a GOLD RATED condominium with a large master bedroom, 3 guest suites, living room queen-sized sleeper sofa and 3 full bathrooms.

Great Location

Very enjoyable and a great location. My personal recommendation on this unit is to take 50% of the bulky furniture out of the Condo and open up the entire living room.

Awful service and experience

Gondola Resorts rented this listing to us. They price gouged us, misrepresented the accommodations, lied to us, and refused to offer any refund. We over paid by 30%. Do not rent anything from Gondola Resorts. They are unethical and running illegal price gouging practices.

Great location but outdated

The property is in a great location but during booking I specifically called and talked to a PM representative to ensure that there was not a lot of stairs for a disabled family member. They assured me it was just a few steps off grade...not, you have to traverse a full flight of stairs down and back up to access the main living areas of the property. There were a few stairs out the backdoor of one of the bedrooms but they are not stable enough for a disabled family member. I was quite upset by this. Overall the property was very clean, but outdated. We still managed to have a good trip but I was disappointed by the accomodations for the price.

Perfect for MLK weekend !!!

The condo was perfect size for our group of 6. Even had extra beds . Spacious and in good condition . Loved being super close to pool and hot tub . Nice fireplace . Great location ! Very short walk to lifts . Would definitely rent again !
