(Located 45 minutes from Nice, between Cannes and Saint Tropez, Saint Raphael stretches 36 km of coast between the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean coast). Near the city center and the port of Saint Raphael.
Villa of 170 m2, located in the residential area of Boulouris, on a flat land, trees, 1200 m2 fully fenced, consisting of 4 beautiful bedrooms, including 1 master suite on the ground floor with a large bathroom. On the floor 3 rooms and 2 rooms of shower. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, large living room with mezzanine. Access to the villa is very easy with automatic gate, ....
The pool, secure, (9m / 4m) is salt and does not have the smell of chlorine. It is deep on a part, and has just been completely redone (sky blue color). Summer lounge. Easy access to the coves or sandy beaches of the coast, just 15 minutes walk from the villa, or 2 minutes by car (easy parking)
Many tennis courts and pedestrian circuit nearby (10 minutes walk)
2 supermarkets are 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is also the village, closer, where we can find some shops, and a Provencal market on Thursday and Monday.
Everything is practical in this region, whether for beaches, shopping, daytime or night activities, ....
The port of Saint Raphael is very lively, and very active. One of the advantages: to go to Saint Tropez by boat (time of crossing 1 hour), or then to make many strolls along the creeks of the Esterel. Everything is planned, and easy to register at the nautical club, or any other activity of seaside (paddle, jet ski, ......)

Fun in the sun!

We had a wonderful two weeks in the property and we would certainly return. Everything is there that you would need and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Feeling very relaxed now.

Wunderfull house

We had a great time in a wunderfull hous in St Raphael. De host was very hostpitable. We really would go back to this place. Also the surrounding is beautifull in the Cote d''Azur.

Lovely villa

Our family of seven adults and a 1 year old child, spent a wonderful week at this property. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. The house is spacious and well maintained, and the garden and pool are superb. It was a very hot week with temperatures every day at 34-35C, but a fan in each bedroom worked fine to make the nights tolerable. Good shops for bread and groceries are easy to get to by walking or by car. Easy to drive to the mountains, or to park at the train station and get a train to Nice. Friendly and helpful property owners. We can recommend this place for families with children.

Tolles Haus + Pool - hat an absolut nichts gefehlt!

Ein super schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus! So eingerichtet, als ob man selbst darin wohnen würde - es fehlt an nichts! Beispiele: (Outdoor-)Spiele, Pool-Utensilien, Mittel für Küche und Co., Wäschespinne, Kerzen, Grill-Utensilien, Mückenschutz, uvm. Pool ist der Hammer und Terrasse einfach nur gemütlich. ALLES in der Küche vorhanden, was man braucht und auch selbst zu Hause hat. Besitzer oder Vormieter haben aufgefüllt. Absolute Empfehlung! PS: wir waren schon in vielen Häusern und Mobilehomes, aber dieses war bisher das Beste - und wir sind sehr kritisch.

Zeer mooie en ruime woning, alle accommodatie aanwezig tot en met strandgerief, spelletjes, enz…. De eigenaar was ook steeds bereikbaar en deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken.

Maison très agréable, excellent séjour en famille

Nous y avons passé un super séjour en famille pour les fêtes de noël, la maison est fonctionnelle et possède un joli jardin ainsi que tout le confort nécessaire. (Notamment des équipements bébé .) Le calme et la tranquillité sont un plus . Merci beaucoup !

Prachtige, hele ruime woning

Heerlijke rustig gelegen villa met mooi zwembad. Mooie ruime slaapkamers, prima bedden, alleen wat smal (140cm) Heerlijke besloten tuin met voldoende schaduw en fijne zit/ligmogelijkheden. Jammer dat er behoorlijk wat muggen actief waren, maar zelfs daarvoor had de eigenaar bestrijdingsmiddelen klaar staan. Wij zouden er zo weer terug willen!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind unterwegs. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr nett, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Bei Fragen wären die Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung gestanden. Sie haben uns zudem ein tolles Restaurant (Urban Beach) empfohlen, bei welchem wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Am Wochenende ist allerdings eine Reservierung zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit der gemütlichen und schlichten Einrichtung des Ferienhauses sehr zufrieden. 3 Schlafzimmer sind im ersten Stock, ein weiteres befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Im ersten Stock sind 2 sehr schöne und gepflegte Bäder, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls ein Bad, direkt im Anschluss an das dortige Zimmer. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem angrenzenden Bad war super für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind geeignet. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist die Aussenanlage mit einer schönen Terrasse und einem riesigen einwandfreien Salzwasserpool. Direkt beim Pool befinden sich liegen und eine gemütliche Lounge, bei welcher man sich in der Nähe des Pools super aufhalten kann. In dieser Ungebung lässt es sich auch gut den Ganzen Tag am Pool aushalten. Der Pool ist sehr groß und somit für eine ganze Gruppe gut gleichzeitig nutzbar. In der Hälfte des Pools kann man stehen, die andere Hälfte ist ist über 2 Meter tief, wodurch ohne Risiko in den Pool gesprungen werden kann. Wir hatten einen riesen Spaß. Der Pool ist zudem durch einen leichten Zaun abgegrenzt, wodurch der Kleine auch jederzeit sicher davor war in das Wasser zu fallen. Direkt angrenzend an die Terasse befindet sich ein ein super Elektrogrill, welchen wir gut für einen Grillabend nutzen konnten. Diverse schöne Strandabschnitte sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus/Villa war sehr gelungen. Die Unterkunft ist für eine Gruppe oder Familie super zu empfehlen. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, die Unterkunft erneut zu buchen. Wir bedanken uns für die reibungslose Kommunikation in Englisch und Französisch.

Wir fühlten uns in der Villa wie zuhause, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Schwimmen im Pool war die perfekte Erfrischung . Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse gelegen und war wie geschaffen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Danke für die schönen Tage an der Cote d'Azur !

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine dans cette villa spacieuse avec un emplacement parfait et calme. La mer et les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Le jardin autour de la piscine avec ses terrasses sur plusieurs niveaux et son "lounge-salon" sont un véritable paradis. Merci pascal d'avoir eu l'occasion de profiter de votre villa. A lovely house in a great location

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and well equipped including the kitchen. We split out time between the local beach and sitting by the pool. The location is close to local shops, cafes and restaurants and a short drive from Saint Raphael and large supermarkets. Pascal and his wife were very welcoming and very easy to deal with.

Idyllische Villa an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Ferienwoche in der Villa sehr genossen. Der Salzpool ist toll und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung am Meer gibt es einige Restaurants mit sehr guter Küche, welche gemütlich in 10min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar sind. :) Vielen Dank an Pascal und seine Frau. Anne & Michael

The perfect villa!

Pascal & his wife were so welcoming & accomodating. The villa was absolutely beautiful with a large salt water pool, perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. The villa is in an ideal location, a short drive from saint-Raphael & within walking distance of the local shops. Located on a quiet street for a really peaceful break. Cannot recommend enough, we would love to visit again! Thank you.

The accommodation was perfect, couldn't have been better, a lovely villa and beautiful pool.

The villa was lovely, everything you could want was to hand. The saltwater pool was beautiful and perfect in a lovely garden setting. The location couldn't have been better, so near to everything, beaches, shops and restaurants. All in all perfection!
