Located in the heart of Grace Bay, our villas are within walking distance of many restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and what many have named as the #1 beach in the world, Grace Bay Beach. The Villas of Ports of Call offer one of the most affordable villas in the Turks and Caicos Islands and will be the perfect space for larger families and friends traveling together. The villa rental includes free use of all of the Ports of Call Resort's amenities including the supervised and equipped beach.

The Villas of Ports Call reside on the lush landscaped grounds of Ports of Call Resort. The property is owned by a North American family which strives on providing excellent customer service, and accommodation that will feel like your home away from home. We believe we offer high value at a competitive price by offering all of the amenities of a much larger resort, but keeping it in a condensed boutique setting.

The villas include an indoor and outdoor living area which provide the ultimate opportunity to gather together and do your favorite things with the ones you love. Between each villa is a shared plunge pool complete with lounge chairs and a barbecue. Relax sipping your morning coffee right down to enjoying memorable suppers in the screened in patio with a dining table and sitting area. Receive all the other amenities of the resort including the use of the pool, hot tub, fitness room, parking, 4 bars & restaurants, hair salon, yoga studio, car-rental, retail shops, dive shop and more! Just a short 4-minute walk from the resorts staffed and fully equipped beach including complimentary use of the lounge chairs, umbrellas, stand-up paddle boards, and kayaks.

Other things to note:
Refundable Damage Deposit: Please note that guests will be asked to provide a $500 security deposit at check-in. This can be paid in cash, or taken as a hold on a credit card. Given there are no damages upon check-out, guests who paid cash will be given back the $500 in cash, and those who have paid credit card will have the $500 hold released. Please keep in mind that due to international banking, this can sometimes take up to 14-days to be removed on your statement.

Extra Persons: A 7th person will be allowed given they are an infant (>2 years). Please let us know if this will be the case and we can ensure a crib is set-up for your arrival.

Getting to the property: We do not offer shuttle service from the airport. Guests can take a cab or rental car from the airport. If taking a cab, you can grab one from outside of the airport and expect a 15-minute drive as well as a $36 fare /1-2 people and $16 each additional person. We do not recommend that guests need a car as they are within walking distance to a majority of the island's attractions. If you did want to rent a car, we always recommend Caicos Wheels – they are located in our on-property plaza and give discounts to our guests.
