Welcome to Gracemir House, our Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Caribbean home in the heart of Grace Bay, close to Grace Bay beach. We are not on the beach but we are located in a popular quiet residential area in Grace Bay, that is close to major resorts (Royal West Indies, Grace Bay Club, Villa Del Mar) restaurants, casino, golf course and shopping. It is only steps away from Coco Bistro, a top island restaurant and near to the golf course. We enjoy a very private neighborhood. The house has a wrap around terrace and covered and open patios. There is a child friendly pool surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens and trees. The 2000 sq ft residence has a four poster queen bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds. There is a queen murphy bed in the main living area. There are 3 full bathrooms, one being convenient to the murphy bed, others are ensuite. Linens and towels are all provided for your convenience. Come and enjoy our little piece of paradise, warm winds, expansive beaches, sunshine and a wide choice of restaurants. information about the home and local recommendations. Our on island contact will pop by after your arrival to make sure you are comfortable and oriented with the property. A comprehensive guide to our home and favorite restaurants, shops, beaches and activities will be forwarded prior to your arrival so you can plan your holiday and find your way around! Car rentals are highly recommended, that will assist you in enjoying the amenities and sights around the island and they are economical compared to taxes. Advance reservations are recommended for major holiday periods. Grace Bay Car rentals is very close and offers airport car pick up. Other major car rental agencies are available. We personally use Grace Bay Car Rental and have found their service to be excellent. In Grace Bay, it is all about the beach but after a day in the sun, you will come home to a relaxing drinks by the pool or on the front terrace, we are surrounded by vegetation, hosting many tropical birds and flowers. We first visited Providenciales in 1987 and fell in love with this wonderful Island. We love the opportunity to escape our Canadian winters but have found it enjoyable at any time of year . Like watching a child grow, Provo has come of age as a world class destination from its sleepy, get away from it all beginnings. We have built this home with the amenities we expect at home, but with that extra sunshine. It is fully furnished, with internet and cable and with a flexible floor plan that sleeps 6. We hope you enjoy Providenciales as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love the privacy of a residential area, yet the proximity to all the important amenities. Most are within walking distance such as restaurants grocery store, banks, shopping and vacation activities. The beach is about 1800ft away by a short 7-9 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

The home is spacious and lends itself well to families or friends vacationing together, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, it's own flat panel television and small kitchenette in addition to the main fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor living areas. A murphy bed in the living room has its own bathroom allows for private sleeping arrangement for 6. Wi-Fi access is available throughout. Tropical gardens allow for peaceful relaxation on the wrap around terrace.Paved roads and local sidewalks make it easy to get around.
