ThE LOCATION IS PERFECT and a beautifully decorated house! This 2 bedroom 2 bath house sits 2 blocks to Atlantic Avenue on SE 7th Ave. Walk to restaurants shops and beach. Completely renovated 2 months ago-new kitchen, new baths, new furnishings!! There is a Chef's Kitchen with 4 stool island, dining table that seats 6, a king master suite with ensuite bath (double sinks & glassed enclosed shower) and walk in closet. The guest room/office has a queen bed and new bath with glass enclosure.
