We stayed here with a motorcycle traveling group and really enjoyed the property. There was plenty of space for everyone, multiple washing machines, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the low-traffic street made it especially convenient for our motorcycles. We would definitely stay here again!

Location of VRBO and the number of people it sleeps was great. Hosts were communicative and addressed a minor maintenance issue quickly after check-in. The value for what you get with this rental was diminished for us based on the size of the rooms relative to the large beds, the extensive checkout instructions, and having to pay for extra damage insurance.

Great cabin for a family getaway! Great location and very nice views. The sun porch in the back was a huge hit and we all spent a lot of time there. The hot tub is very nice and high quality and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this place.

Rivendell was everything we wanted and more. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and very clean. The host communication was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Estes Park!

This place is amazing! The view can’t be beat. Plenty of room for our group of 11 ( 6 adults, 5 kids ) to spread out. Comfortable beds, very clean, nicely appointed kitchen. The kids enjoyed the ping pong room. Great location to enjoy all that Estes Park and RMNP have to offer. Our favorite room was the porch with that view, just turn on the fireplace for a little bit to take the morning chill off and sit back with your coffee. Fantastic time here.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful with wonderful vistas of the mountains. The enclosed sunroof and upper deck provide exceptional views of RMNP peaks and forests. Wildlife is diverse and plentiful in the area. The cabin is very well equipped and comfortable. Our host management was easily contacted and responded immediately to any requests.

We had a wonderful week-long family reunion. The configuration of the house gave each family some privacy and at the same time accommodated our whole-group gatherings. The property location provided easy access to hiking trails and trips into town for shopping, lunch, etc. One of our members had an encounter with a nest of ground bees, and the property manager had someone on-sight the next morning, and two subsequent mornings to spray. We would return in a heart-beat!

The owners and management company of this place were very responsive and a pleasure to work with! The view was just amazing. However, I believe for the price point that we were paying that it needed to be impeccable with cleanliness and things should not have been broken. The closet door upstairs was off the hinges, the lightbulbs in the upstairs bathroom flickered the entire time, the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom needed to not be on a tension rod (it came off). Just a few things that needed to be a little more upscale with the price point. I would have liked a few more things in the game room besides just a ping-pong table. However, we would stay there again.

Beautiful setting and exceedingly comfortable home with amazing decks, views, living spaces and access to hiking and all that Estes and Rocky Mountain have to offer. Truly a fabulous place. And how can you not love the name Rivendell and all that evokes!?! The communication with hosts, and their willingness to ensure we had a wonderful stay, was truly outstanding.

I don’t think we could have found a better property for our family of 10 ages 6-73. Easily could have fit another family or 2. Very well stocked with things to occupy the kids, the hot tub was in excellent condition, and the layout of the home itself had so many different areas for the families to have their own space. Basement is like its own 2 bed/bath apartment with its own mini kitchen. Upper loft did get warm during this mid-August heat wave but there were at least 15 fans placed throughout to help draw in the cool air at night. Spotted plenty of mule deer roaming the property and the humming birds were around constantly. Beautiful views in all directions.
