Check in anytime after 4pm- Check out promptly by 10am. Housekeeping comes in right at 10am. Maximum guests day, or night, is 8. Maximum vehicles 4. Town of Estes Park regulations.

Security deposits are held by VRBO with credit card and is only charged if damage is reported.

Driveway has a camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside, or out.

Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ridgeview Retreat! We're regular vacationers in EP every summer, and this property was perfect for our family trip of 7 adults. The main floor living area was enough seating for all 7 of us - a huge plus! The deck off the main floor has gorgeous views of the front range along with plenty of seating for all of us! We took advantage of the hot tub - super clean and spacious - such a great way to unwind after long hikes in the park. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. We can't wait to return next year!!

Wonderful rental home in a central location to town. Great views. Very comfy beds and the kitchen is fully equipped. Only, and literally the only downside was limited access to the main level for persons with mobility issues.

We absolutely loved our stay in Estes Park! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.Linda was wonderful to work with and very attentive throughout our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.The mountain views were absolutely spectacular! The location could not have been more perfect for our trip. We were just minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, where we spent a lot of our time hiking and exploring. We also loved being so close to downtown Estes Park. We were able to walk into town every day, which was such a bonus. There were so many great restaurants, shops, breweries, and pubs to explore. The Riverwalk was one of our favorite spots—beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. Seeing the elk wandering through town was also such a fun and fascinating experience!There was also so much live music at the local breweries and pubs, which added such a fun atmosphere to our evenings. The hot tub was a wonderful touch after long days of hiking and made it easy to relax and unwind.Overall, the location was absolutely perfect, the home was gorgeous and spotless, and the views were unforgettable. This mountainside home gave us the perfect home base for enjoying everything Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

I have been in Estes Park since 2004. After being a long term rental owner for 44 years it was a good time in my life for a new adventure in short term vacation homes in Estes Park. I love having the opportunity to provide a special place for guests to call home while visiting. Knowing the fun and memories that are being made is one of the reasons I love it so much. I have many, many, return guests who come year, after year, and feel they have truly found their home away from home in one of my vacation homes.

Why they chose this property

Views, Views, and more Views!!! This was a rare lot, available for the first time ever, in an incredible location. I bought the lot and built beautiful Ridgeview Retreat as a vacation home to share with my awesome guests! The views are breathtaking. I also own the 2 other homes on the mountain road where Ridgeview Retreat is located, so I felt it was a perfect fit as guest love the other two homes! You can book one of the homes, or all 3! No cement parking lots and looking into other people's windows. This home has a beautiful setting.

Location is wonderful! Close to all the town offers and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Clear, unobstructed mountain views all around the home.
