During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire Cottage and private fenced yard.

Conveniently located just off Highway 321, between the I-40 and I-75 Lenoir City exits, the Cottage makes a comfortable base for business assignments, relocation visits, family stays, property-hunting trips, fishing and recreational trips, and East Tennessee getaways.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Y-12 and the wider Oak Ridge employment corridor are within easy reach, while Farragut and the restaurants, shops and entertainment at Turkey Creek are less than 15 minutes away.

For recreation, guests can enjoy nearby Fort Loudoun, Melton Hill, Tellico and Watts Bar lakes, together with the many boating, fishing, hiking and outdoor opportunities found throughout East Tennessee. Downtown Knoxville, the University of Tennessee and Neyland Stadium are approximately 30 minutes away—ideal for university visits, special events and Tennessee Volunteers football weekends.
