Newer construction beautiful 3 bedroom 2-bath home located in the heart of Knoxville.
Convenient to I-40 and all Knoxville has to offer!

Next door we also have another home that is "attached" to this home by a separate formal dining area (dining area locked when not in use) if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. Book both homes and have 6 bedrooms total that will sleep up to 20 people utilizing the roll aways and the sofa sleeper.

The Formal dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 additional seats at the bar top.

You have the option to book the Formal dining area for an additional $75 when renting this home. Great For Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday dinners, baby showers, wedding rehearsal dinners. Just message us to let us know u would like to reserve and we will add it to the booking total. PICTURE OF FORMAL DINING HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS LISTING BUT IS NOT INCLUDED UNLESS ADDED TO THE RESERVATION.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this property - spacious, comfortable, clean, and great location. Kitchen was well-stocked - even provided coffee and basic spices for cooking. Comfortable beds and great layout.

For a new build this house had something to desire, upon entering I found a hole in the wall, another in the master bath, literally every wall had scuff marks even in places that could not be easily hit by accident. Some of the furniture look like it came from a bad rummage sale with severe water stains. There were next to no blankets for the ones who wanted more as there was only one light blanket for each bed. We had to take quilts from some to give to others, and fortunately I always bring a couple. There was a coffee machine (not kurig) and minimal supplies, but sufficient. Master bed was extremely comfortable but the front bed, son said they kept rolling inward towards each other and the bed squeaked horribly, my son said he was afraid it was going to fall down. Would’ve been nice to have a ceiling fan in that room as well. Other 2 beds also squeaked but not as bad. If you want a darker master, good luck, shear curtains and light comes right through the blinds. On a better note house was very clean, also had a dryer to dry pool clothes. Easy entry, large tv and a nice sofa

As much as we appreciate the feed back, our home is much more deserving than a 4 as it is rare we ever get below a 10. The holes in the walls are from opening the doors and hitting the walls and now that we r aware it has happened again stoppers will be adjusted. As for scuffs on the walls we r also not sure how they can get so scuffed up in odd places, as noone lives in the home. We provide 2 pillows per person as well as a quilt and blanket for each bed. There are also 2 extra in the master closet. We feel this is sufficient but would gladly drop off more if ever requested. We advertise a drip coffee pot in our listing and we do provide ample coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, and sugar substitute. Now that we r aware light comes in the bedroom we will simply replace the curtains. There have never been complaints of that nor any of the beds sqeaking but will look into it promptly. As far as furniture, there are imperfections but nothing other than minor cosmetics and normal wear and tear from being a rental. We don't expect everyone to love our taste in decor, however, we do take pride in our 9 air bnb homes and do our best to insure a clean, well stocked stay for our guests.

Great property, excellent hosts

The stay was exactly what we needed. At one point we needed to contact the hosts (Paula and Brenda) and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay at their properties again. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

My son was in a soccer tournament in Knoxville. This rental was perfect for us because both Moms had a private room and the 5 teenagers shared the room with two queens and a roll away bed. It was new, clean and comfortable!

Absolutely perfect for our family to stay while we were in town visiting. It was so big and spacious. We were completely surprised by the huge banquet room and next time we can plan a big family dinner! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Just what we needed

House was nice and roomy. Had everything thing you would expect. Sister was having a baby, so this gave us as a family to stay near their apartment. We cooked, played cards, went to pigeon forge one day, and did some shopping in Knoxville. Had a couple issues that was handled by the hosts very quickly. Great experience đź‘Ť

Beautiful, New, Clean, and Spacious

It was wonderful to come home each evening to such a lovely, fresh, and open floor plan where our family could cook and gather. The decor of the three bedrooms was excellent and the beds -so comfortable. Both bathrooms were immaculate and new. The higher vaulted ceilings added the the feeling of spaciousness. It was cold outside during our stay, but a nice grill was on the back porch. The wonderful, kind hosts Terry and Brenda, have other new homes within the same privately fenced area within a pretty neighborhood in a great location. They also had outdoor security cameras. What a great stay for our family and we recommend the home 100%!
