Located 0.6 miles from the closest beach (ideal for fishing and beach driving). 1.2 miles to Surfside Beach and 2.4 miles to Main Street.
Secluded in the pines, with access to the bike path and nearby public transportation. Bright natural light throughout, with finished pine interior and cathedral ceiling in kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped. Full bathroom has shower and washer dryer. Cozy first floor queen bedroom and TV room with cable, WIFI and sleeper sofa. Additional spacious king master bedroom at garden level with bathroom and shower, plenty of natural light and privacy. Air-conditioning available throughout.
Large outdoor area with outside shower, deck, outside furniture and gas grill.
A perfect place for all seasons.

This is my third year staying here and the cottage is like home to me. It’s extremely clean and comfortable. It has all the home, bathroom, grill, beach, etc amenities you could need. And cherry on top - Michael and Clair are the kindest, most responsive hosts I’ve encountered on this app. It’s a 10/10 experience at their cottage!

Michael and Clair’s cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The decor is lovely and our family of 4 was quite cozy. Clair provided many great recommendations and was very reachable when we had questions. We rented bikes and were able to bike into town easily! We’d love to return again one day.

Our stay at Michael and Clair’s cottage for our honeymoon was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a storybook.Michael and Clair were incredible hosts with reliable, thoughtful communication from start to finish. They provided an amazing list of Nantucket recommendations that made exploring the island so easy and helped us discover some of our favorite spots.The property itself is absolutely stunning. The yard and patio are picture-perfect, and each evening the twinkling lanterns throughout the garden create the most beautiful, magical atmosphere. We found ourselves looking forward to relaxing outside every night.The cottage is truly impeccable. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Family summer vacation!

This house was great for our family summer vacation! My teen sons loved that it was so close to Surfside beach! It is in a very convenient location to get to everywhere on the island.

Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We got stuck in a storm and the hosts were able to work with us until the ferries were running again. The property is very very clean and comfortable, and walking distance to the beach and the bus station. If you’re considering this property, I recommend!

This was my second stay at this adorable cottage, and I loved it even more than the first! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located - peaceful, yet close to everything. The space is spotless, thoughtfully designed and stocked with ALL you need, and full of charm. Morning coffee outside, beach walks nearby, and quiet evenings by the fire pit made for an unforgettable stay! It truly feels like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
