Charming, Convenient Mid-Island Nantucket Cottage on Surfside Beach Bike Path

Excellent Mid-Island location, convenient to island bus & along the bike path to popular Surfside Beach; walk to the grocery store, liquor store, take-out & dine-in restaurants.

1 week (FRI 4 pm -FRI 10 am) minimum during summer. NO PETS, please.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs floor has a similar bathroom with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with 2 single beds.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lower thermostat to 40 in colder months; turn off in summer. Turn off ACs.
Take out trash. Trash pickup is every Tuesday.
Remove food from refrigerator and cupboards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Nantucket has strict recycling policies. Use only clear trash bags & designated containers. Bring your trash to bins next to the shed.
At your departure, the pillows/beds should be stripped of linens, and a full load of laundry should be started.
The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

We had an amazing stay. The location is incredible - walk to town, and Surfside breakfast/lunch spot, close to Surfside beach. Very comfortable property - quiet neighbors and beautiful setting. We loved it and can’t wait to return.

Casabella is a fantastic and clean home with everything you need! Our family of four had lots of space and is close to several beaches. It’s a long mile walk to town but very doable. Loved our week in Nantucket and will be back!

This was a great place to stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was cozy. Jo was very easy to communicate with, and our family of 5 had a great time. Also, the yard is absolutely beautiful! From the chinese maple in front to the hydrangeas around the house, it was a very private yard. Highly recommend!

Great place for a girl's weekend

Perfect for a mother daughter weekend for 4 of us. Walked to town to dinner, rented bikes for the subsequent days and this house was right on the bike path. Perfect for our group. Would stay again.

Is a fantastic location! Very nice house and amenities. We really enjoyed the back deck and yard. We had a great stay and the beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we very much appreciated use of beach towels and chairs. Would definitely recommend.

Great trip to Nantucket

We had a great time at Jo's home, very comfortable and clean. Great central location, right on the bike path. Make sure to rent bikes and explore the island.Jo was very accommodating and we would highly recommend!
