- Pleasant, very comfortable and spacious villa
- Beautiful and large living room with open fire overlooking a beautiful covered terrace of 30 m / square, furnished, with a BBQ (very pleasant to eat outside with a nice view on the garden and the bell tower of the church).
- Super equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, perco etc ...) open to the living room and to the terrace.
- South-facing swimming pool of 9x4 m with cover flap
- A second terrace surrounds the swimming pool and is also located due south. The pool is equipped with a security fence.
- Beautiful and large garden of 15 ares with trees and fenced.
- We provide a ping pong table. A bowling alley with pétanque balls is also available for typical southern evenings!
- Equipment: TV, Internet, Wifi, DVD player. Additional washing machine and fridge and freezer available in the basement. Children's high chair.
- Parking: 2 car garage and outdoor parking spaces within the property, closed by an entrance gantry.
- The villa, the swimming pool and the garden are at the exclusive disposal of the tenant.
- For those who wish, the villa is ideal for 2 families.

- The villa is located in Saint-Gervais, a small quiet village surrounded by vineyards, whose historic heart has been beautifully restored. It is good to walk around the old washhouse and the church!

- Excellent starting point for magnificent excursions: the Avignon festival, the Orange Chorégies, the village of La Roque sur Cèze labeled "Most Beautiful Villages of France", the spectacular site of the Sautadet waterfalls, Goudargues and its canals , the lovely town of Uzès and its famous market, Cornillon, Barjac, the Bambouseraie d'Anduze, the extraordinary site of Aven d'Orgnac, Pont du Gard, ..., cycling, cellar visits, canoeing on the Cèze, kayaking in the Gorges de l'Ardèche and on the Gardon (very pleasant in summer).

Great stay at st gervais

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la région, l’accueil, la situation de la maison et le panier de bienvenue; cela nous tient particulièrement à cœur. Nous sommes particulièrement attentifs à votre retour constructif. Il est vrai que la maison n’est pas neuve, et que certains éléments extérieurs comme le dallage en pierre naturelle autour de la piscine peuvent montrer des signes d’usure avec le temps. La chaise longue en bois, que vous mentionnez, a d’ailleurs été retirée depuis. Nous regrettons que certains détails en matière de nettoyage n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Il est possible que l’arrivée anticipée que vous aviez demandée (à 14h au lieu de 16h) ait réduit le temps habituel de préparation, ce qui peut expliquer que certains points aient été moins soignés que d’ordinaire. Nous allons renforcer notre vigilance sur ces aspects, même en cas d’aménagement d’horaire. La maison est entretenue quotidiennement par un couple de confiance qui veille à la propreté des lieux et au bon fonctionnement des installations, tout en respectant la tranquillité des occupants, et nous avons déjà pris en compte vos remarques pour améliorer encore la qualité de l’accueil et le confort des lieux. Enfin, nous vous remercions pour votre démarche respectueuse et vos suggestions, qui nous aident à améliorer encore l’expérience de nos visiteurs. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Anne hat uns super lieb empfangen und war immer ansprechbar ohne je aufdringlich zu sein. Ihr Mann hat regelmäßig den Pool gereinigt, so dass wir es kaum mitbekommen haben.Das Haus ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr Ein großes Plus waren auch die Betten! Hab selten im Urlaub so gut geschlafen.Kurz: sehr empfehlenswert und DANKE für alles!!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Objekt war sauber und wie beschrieben in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung. Frau Barral und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und haben uns jederzeit aushelfen können. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen.

Très bon séjour !

La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous avons surtout apprécié l'extérieur : les 2 terrasses (une pour le soleil du matin, une pour le soleil du soir), la table de ping pong, le barbecue et la piscine dont nous avons pu profiter malgré la fraîcheur de début mai. Les propriétaires sont charmants, la personne qui nous a accueillis aussi. Seul petit bémol, le départ un peu matinal le dimanche matin :-)

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!!

Wir haben in dieser wunderbaren Villa einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht! Das großzügig geschnittene Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man hat einen wunderbare Aussicht auf St. Gervais. Es ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Besonders zu erwähnen sind der tolle Garten, die geschützte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und der große Pool. Dieser wird regelmäßig in den Morgenstunden diskret gereinigt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten findet man leicht in der nahen Umgebung und auch touristische Ziele wie der Pont du Gard, Avignon oder Nimes sind leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen wurden wir von Anne. Diese stand auch bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Haus sehr genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen! Merci pour tout!!

Sehr erholsamer, ruhiger, entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben hier 12 Tage Ende August/Anfang September verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Sie waren immer darauf bedacht, dass es ein gelungener Urlaub für uns wird. Mit der Betreuung vor Ort durch Anne waren wir äußerst zufrieden, sie war bei jedem Problem gleich zur Stelle. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt die Möglichkeit zu grillen, ebenso Tischtennis oder auf der hauseigenen Boulebahn zu spielen. Der Pool ist richtig groß, so dass man auch ein paar Züge schwimmen kann. Und im Schatten der Maulbeerbäume lässt es sich herrlich entspannen bei absoluter Ruhe. Abends nimmt man dann das Abendessen auf der Terrasse ein mit herrlichem Blick inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Im mittelalterlichen Ort gibt es die Möglichkeit, Brot und wenige Supermarktartikel zu kaufen, der Laden ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten fährt man ca. 6 km zum nächsten großen Supermarkt. Der nächste Markt ist mittwochs in Goudargues, samstags in Uzés (ca. 40 Min. Fahrt). Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir sind erholt wieder nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter für die großartige Gastfreundschaft.

Ende August und September gibt es eine schöne Spätsaison und die Region ist immer noch sehr angenehm. Die von Ihnen gemachten Angaben sind sehr nützlich und es stimmt, dass wir darauf achten, dass die Urlauber ihren Aufenthalt bei uns genießen. Wir werden Ihr Kompliment an Anne für ihre effiziente Unterstützung weitergeben. Sie sind charmante Gastgeber, mit denen die Kommunikation sehr angenehm war. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez eu un agréable séjour à L'Amandier et nous vous remercions pour votre feed-back élogieux. Comme vous le dites, la maison est spacieuse mais elle est également très agréable à vivre en couple ou en famille. A la fin du mois d'août et au mois de septembre, il y a une belle arrière-saison et la région est encore très agréable. Les détails que vous donnez sont très utiles et c'est vrai que nous sommes attentifs à ce que les vacanciers se plaisent chez nous. Perfekt / parfait / perfect!

Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet, der Pool klasse, der Empfang durch eine beauftragte Frau freundlich, der Garten kaum einsehbar, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück bzw. in einer großen Garage. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicher gern wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Nähe sind La maison est grande, bien équipée, pool super, bon acceuil par une femme (pas le propriétaire), jardin prèsque pas visible par autres gens, parking sur la propriété ou dans une grande garage. Très recommandé. Nous allons essayer de revenir quand nous sommes autour. The house is big, well equipped, the pool super, friendly welcome by a woman (not the owners), the garden is almost not visible by other people, parking on the ground or in a big garage. Very recommended. We will try to come back whenever we are around.

Schönes Haus mit sonnigem Garten und großen Zimmern

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen. Das Haus ist aber auch sehr gut mit 8 Personen bewohnbar. Der Garten ist groß und sonnig mit einer eigenen Tischtennisplatte und einer Boule Bahn. Der Pool ist groß und war sauber! Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Urlaub!

Geweldig!

We hebben hier met 2 gezinnen een heerlijk verblijf gehad, het is echt een authentiek Frans vakantiehuis. Communicatie met zowel de eigenaren als lokale contactpersonen verliep vlot en prettig. De schoonmaak en netheid van het huis was goed! Gelukkig waren er voldoende ventilatoren aanwezig, anders is het niet te doen met een hittegolf. Het vakantiehuis is van alle gemakken voorzien, je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het is wel aanwezig! De voorraadkast en de wasruimte zijn geweldig! Het zwembad is fantastisch en werd gelijk gereinigd toen wij erom vroegen. Ivm het gevaar voor bosbrand konden wij helaas geen gebruik maken van de buitenbarbeque, gelukkig hadden wij zelf een elektrische Bbq bij ons. Een tip; neem voldoende DEET mee tegen de muggen, je wordt tegen de avond echt lek gestoken! De muggenbulten zijn ook veel heftiger dan die in Nederland. Het dorp viel ons tegen, er was totaal geen terrasje en het enige kleine winkeltje was tijdens ons verblijf gesloten. In de omgeving zijn gelukkig wel voldoende winkels en restaurants te vinden. Kortom we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een heerlijk huis!

Merci pour vos commentaires élogieux sur la maison, l’équipement et la piscine ! Heureusement, les moustiques ne sont pas toujours aussi présents qu’en cette fin de mois d’août, et si, à cause de la chaleur, le village donne l’impression d’être déserté pendant la journée, les gens sont nombreux à se rendre au sympathique petit marché du jeudi soir. Quant à la petite épicerie, elle fait l’objet d’un changement de gérant mais va heureusement rouvrir ! Bref, tout ira bien quand vous reviendrez… et vous êtes les bienvenus !

Superbe gite

Tout était très bien: l'accueil chaleureux, le logement, les commodités, la piscine... Un gite à recommander d'autant que la région est très belle à visiter.

tout simplement parfait

Tout est pensé pour les vacanciers, il ne manque rien à cette maison. La personne qui nous prend en charge est gentille et prévenante. Des explications pour tout, la fourniture des petits consommables...

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Wir haben hier 8 Tage über Ostern verbracht. Das Haus lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter findet hier jeder einen Platz, wohin er sich zurückziehen und beschäftigen kann. Das Grundstück ist sicher vor Einblicken , es ist alles sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Laden, bei dem man sein Frühstück holen kann, ist fußläufig erreichbar, das Dorf ist sehr schön. Auch die Gegend ist herrlich. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

belle maison

Grande maison, très adapté pour 2 familles. Piscine et terrain très appréciés, ainsi que le terrain de pétanque. Lieu calme, idéal pou la détente. Les hôtes sont a votre écoute pour le moindre soucis ou conseil.

Belles vacances en famille

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour dans cette maison, piscine au soleil toute la journée, Bbq et terrasse ….. Le terrain de pétanque est très agréable en fin d après midi. Nous recommandons cette maison !!
