Herve was very friendly and nice and had lots of recommendations. We didn’t speak French and he didn’t speak English but we managed with Google translate.

Comfortable and well equipped residence very conveniently located near central Orange.

Lovely home with good living spaces and a well equipped kitchen. All appliances were modern and worked well and there was plenty of space downstairs to store our bikes and hang washing. In particular the home entertainment system & internet were very good. However what impressed us most was how friendly the owner was and the length to which he went to make us feel at home and look after our needs that went well beyond our expectations.

Un groupe d australien vraiment sympa,une équipe de baroudeur d'un certain âge en pleine forme et très avenant.je me suis mis à leurs dispositions malgré mon anglais limité nous y sommes arrivés. Bonne route à ces trois couples.

De woning was in 1 woord: een paradijs! Geweldig huis! Heerlijk zwembad, goede locatie, alles in het huis is aanwezig, zo leuk dat je zowel beneden (buiten) als binnen kunt eten. Ook kun je heerlijk buiten onder de boom zitten. Er zijn twee badkamers en twee wc’s aanwezig. De eigenaar is super aardig en hielp ons met alles en werkte zelfs leuke ideeën uit op papier voor ons en reserveerde een restaurant voor ons. Zijn moeder woont in de onderverdieping maar daar merk je niets van. Wij kunnen iedereen deze woning aanbevelen. In iedere kamer is airconditioning aanwezig. Het is een waar paradijs, op loopafstand van de bakker en de stad zelf. De Carrefour is 8 minuten rijden. Je kan de auto binnen het hek parkeren. Heel veilig. Enorme dank aan de eigenaar die zo aardig voor ons was!

Cette maison est parfaite . Lhôte est super et très acceuillant. une bouteille à notre arrivée ainsi que plains d'autres attention. C'est un endroit à conseillé les yeux fermés.

A beautiful home in a quiet location in Orange. Perfect base to explore the Orange area.

The house is a perfect base to tour Orange and the surrounding area. It has everything you need and the owner, Herve, is so helpful. He very kindly gave us a tour of Orange. The swimming pool is fantastic and there is a beautiful pool bar and cooking area outside. You can easily walk to the centre of Orange where there are bars and restaurants and historical monuments to visit such as the Roman amphitheatre and the Arc de Triomphe (yes, Orange has it's very own Arc de Triomphe). There is a military airbase on the edge of the town and we got great pleasure watching the Mirage jets in training. There are pretty villages nearby to visit such as Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Seguret. We had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend this property. A big thank you to Herve and his lovely wife Sylvie for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.
