Sehr schöne Umgebung. Super Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Bucht.Es handelt sich nicht um eine Villa, sondern um ein Appartement in einer schönen und gepflegten Anlage. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war umfangreich, das Objekt innen aber nicht gut gepflegt. Für den Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten in der Anlage ist das nicht angemessen.

Nous avons passée une semaine magique le logement est très fonctionnel très bien équipé, décorer avec goût. Quand à la terrasse et la vue exceptionnelle !!!! La plage est à 5 min à pied. Passable Ferienwohnung an wunderbarem Strand

Die Bucht von Santa Giulia ist wirklich traumhaft und eine bezahlbare Wohnung so nah am Wasser schwer zu finden. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt, der Gemeinschaftspool schön und schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen ok, top ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht. Leider war das WLAN sehr instabil und ging nur wenige Tage, die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind ziemlich durchgelegen, aus der Dusche kommt kaum Wasser und das WC hat leider kein Fenster. Für uns am Ende aber alles akzeptable Minuspunkte, die die sehr gute Lage wett gemacht hat. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin und unproblematischer Check in und Check out.

The house is very well located, near the swimming pool and less than 10 minutes away from the beach by foot. We especially appreciated Marina beach and the bars and restaurants at Santa Giulia beach. Appartement très agréable, bien placé, propre et très bien équipé. Il y a une jolie vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia. Les appartements des voisins sont collés mais cela n’est pas dérangeant car les terrasses sont faites en fonction.
