On an exceptional site, old stone house on the edge of the Ecrins park

An exceptional site and in an old country house (old stone relay 230 years old) and in absolute calm, on the other side of the house, directly with the Aiguillette du Lauzet, an apartment not bad either !!!
-surface 106 m2 (central heating) with a large living room on one level: satellite TV, Internet Wifi, reading corner, 2 3-seater sofas and 1 armchair in the living room, 1 pellet stove for the chilly. A mezzanine distributing 1 fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with new bedding, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 WC. independent.
7 sleeps (+2 sofas)
A huge garden overlooking the Aiguillette du Lauzet, on the edge of the trout torrent which descends from the Alp allowing any outdoor activity. At the start of all the most beautiful summer / winter races in the massif (Oisans).
Only one neighbor: 1 inn restaurant on the other side of the road.
1 parking space in front of the house and other public parking 30 meters away.
Barbecue, deck chairs and garden dining room.
 1 equestrian center 10 minutes away on foot. Cross-country skiing and mountain biking trails. 15 minutes from La Guisane Fishing and Rafting and 5 km from the famous Serre Chevalier station (north side // against traffic jams).
The house is at the start of the most beautiful hikes: Grand lac, Chardonnay pass, the Bruyère ridges, Chemin du Roy ... etc ...
Via ferrata of the Aiguillette du Lauzet.
In the valley a quarter of an hour on foot famous site of Rafting on the Guisanne.
A quarter of an hour by car paragliding site (Col du Grannon
Less than an hour by car, access to Italy via the Montgenèvre pass.
7 kms away. towards Grenoble: the Lautaret pass, from where the road leads to the Galibier pass and from there, access to Valloire and Savoy ...
And for lovers of art and history, the town of Briançon is 21 km from the house.

Great stay near col du Lautaret

Clean and fully equipped accomodation with terrace and (steep) garden at 1710m altitude. We had a very nice stay. Beautiful views and surroundings (river, mountains with Edelweiss!) and hikes directly behind the house.

Noel en famille

Nous avons passez Noël en famille dans ce bel endroit. Le gîte est au départ de belles randos à pied ou à ski.Le gîte est près de la route mais ça ne gêne pas. En tous cas, pas l'hiver. Et l'été, le coin jardin est de l'autre coté, donc à l'abris du bruit des voitures. Les propriétaires sont très sympas.Un petit couac sur l'horaire d'arrivée à pu se régler sans difficulté.

Très bon séjour!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances pour le nouvel an à 5 adultes et deux bébés dans ce très bel endroit. Nous avons trouvé la maison parfaite et nous avons apprécié la place que l'on a eu dans ce logement! Seul bémol, le poêle à bois ne fonctionnait pas... quel dommage! Je recommande vivement, la maison est située à 7 minutes en voiture du front de neige! Propriétaire toujours disponible en cas de besoin, merci!

Noël en famille

Une tres belle semaine dans cette jolie maison située a 10 min en voiture du centre de la station du Monetier Un acceuil tres agreable et une tres bonne reactivité de la part de nos hotes. Un bon rapport qualité/ prix pour cette maison spacieuse, dommage pour le poêle qui ne fonctionnait pas , s'aurait été bien sympa pour l'ambiance de Noël mais nous avons neanmoins beaucoup apprecié notre semaine dans ce si bel environment.

Agréable séjour

La maison est grande et située dans un très joli cadre, malheureusement trop loin du Monêtier les bains pour accéder aux pistes de ski à pied. La maison aurait besoin d'un petit rafrachaîssement. Le propriétaire et son fils ont été adorables avec nous, prévenants et chaleureux.

Gite non conforme au descriptif

Location du 01 au 15/08/2020,à notre arrivée nous constatons que le fils du propriétaire exploite en journée une buvette saisonnière sur le jardin,la terrasse et le boulodrome faisant partie du gite et malgré nos protestations il continue son exploitation. Nous avons signalé les faits à la police municipale , à l’office du tourisme de Monétier les Bains ainsi qu’à la gendarmerie de Saint Chaffrey.

Un séjour trés agréable dans un endroit central pour randonner

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 3 semaines dans cette maison. L'appartement est conforme à la description et nous avons été trés bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La maison est située au bord d'une route assez passante mais l'appartement donne de l'autre côté sur un jardin et une vue splendide ce qui fait que le bruit de la route et coupé et qu'on entend que le torrent, les oiseaux et les randonneurs qui passent à proximité. Nous avions emmené 2 chats et ils sont sortis dans le jardin sans aucun souci. Gros spot de départ de randonnée au pied du gite. Beaucoup de randonnées également à quelques kilomètres. La 1ere ville à proximité avec de grands commerces est Briancon à environ 30 min donc il faut être prévoyant pour les courses, mais appoint possible à 5 kms. L'appartement gagnerait en confort en renforcant la lumière dans les différentes pièces.

Nouvel an à plusieurs familles

Excellente semaine, au pied des montagnes. Départ pour les randos à pied, raquettes ou à ski depuis la terrasse. Bouquetins et aigles visibles depuis le salon. Luge et igloo pour les enfants dans le jardin. Chalet spacieux et confortable.

Une maison typique et un accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette belle maison de montagne au pied de l’aiguillette du Lauzet. Emplacement parfait à deux pas du torrent et des départs de randonnées. La configuration des lieux fait que la route qui dessert la maison n’est pas du tout perceptible ni gênante. La maison est très bien isolée, meublée avec goût et simplicité et dotée de très nombreux équipements de qualité. Le jardin agréable est étagé, et la partie allouée à la location bénéficie de toute la tranquillité et l’intimité que l’on peut souhaiter. Nos hôtes ont été à la fois accueillants, prévenants et discrets. La proximité avec Monêtier-les-Bains fait de cette maison agréablement isolée un bon point de départ pour toutes les activités de montagne proposées dans les environs.

De belles vacances

Le décor est exceptionnel. Les prestations de la maison sont cohérentes (bonne litrie, spacieux...). Nous y avons trouvé de nombreux dépliants sur les activités de la vallée et le propriétaire, tres agréable, etait de bon conseil. Nous avons passé de tres bons moments en famille, à en oublier même la date de départ. Merci.
