Villa T3 of 70 m2 with two bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, the other with 1 double bed and a mezzanine of 90), bathroom, separate WC, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen, living , dining area, barbecue, large garden enclosed private pool.
Nearby, golf, tennis, spa center, ropes course, casino, ocean and city center 3 km, lake Moutchic 2.5 km, all accessible on bicycle trails.
