Gorgeous house

Property is beautiful inside and outside, and the pool, games area, and the kitchen were notable. But the TVs and theater room did not function properly. Cleanliness was disappointing.

Wahoo Hatteras

First time going down to the outer banks. Surf and Sound were great to work with. Anytime I had a question they were pleasant to deal with. I had a little hiccup when I got there due to my user error and the lady that help me thru everything was great. The property we thought was better than expected and we had a great time. We will definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely Disgusting Upon Check-In

The place was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned upon check-in. It was a total joke. We spent the better part of the first two days of the vacation cleaning and scrubbing the place. Bought extensive cleaning supplies and cleaned up everything from sand, to piss, to dirt, to food, too mold. We took pictures of everything. It was a waste of two days of a seven day location. With two small kids and in the middle of COVID, this is unacceptable.
